Bairstow Eves helped my brother and I to sell our Mums property. We had used agents prior to selecting Bairstow without much success and enthusiasm.
Steve assisted with the foundations and from that point on, Sam and Cem ensured the viewings were always at a good level and stayed in contact every step of the way. Sam would call weekly and confirm how many bookings he had arranged for the week, and then once sold STC pretty much held our hand and guided us through every step of the way. His effort continued with communicating continuously with both parties solicitors, and supporting my brother and I through quite an emotional task. Sam really deserves to be recognised for his commitment to his work. He is polite, friendly and reassuring. Chris also supported us and gave sound advice throughout the sale which has given peace of mind. Having never sold a property before, both Sam and Chris helped me to understand things that I had previously no idea about. I really wish Bairstow chigwell success for the future, and Sam so much recognition for his hard work.

I was very impressed by the speed in the attendance of Chris Rawlings, the Chigwell Branch Manager and David Dukelow, the Regional Director of Bairstoweves having contacted their office just two days earlier. Their in depth knowledge of the local Chigwell housing market was amazing and I felt that I couldn't be in better hands when I decide to sell my 4 Bedroom house in Chigwell Row. Both of these 2 agents gently quizzed me about my now and future housing needs and could not have been more clear and more precise in the many issues that we discussed.
When the time arises for me to put my house on the market I will have no hesitation in engaging Bairstoweves as my selling agent.

Worst experience we have ever had.
on our first viewing we booked over a week in advance we was told an hour before the actual viewing that it was cancelled, bear in mind we both took time off work in order to cater for this.
As if this wasn’t bad enough, we gave the property a second chance and booked a viewing in the convenience of the seller and estate agent which was on a Saturday… we turned up 15 minutes before agreed time, waited almost an hour and nobody showed up.
Nobody from Bairstow Eves bothered to call us… Again, another day of work lost due to the incompetence of these estate agents.
Embarrassing and unprofessional.

Can’t thank Steve and the team at both Bairstow Chigwell and the team at Iamsold enough. From valuation to whipping up interest and eventual sale in a short time they have been excellent. requested a viewing and some info for my son and his fiancé was given all what i needed from Sam Keeble he also made us aware of similar properties that were also for sale he arranged viewing for us at the times we asked for , the office and Sam in particular were so helpful and my son and fiancé put an offer in.As first time buyers with nerves and wondering if they were doing the right thing Sam put them at ease he's helped so far in every way he can to make it effortless and not so scary . They are well on their journey now completing hopefully in a couple of weeks Its been great working with Sam he was able to get answers to our questions quickly and truthfully and still is helping that all goes smoothly .I would definitely recommend this branch and Sam to anyone looking to buy or sell it really has been 5 star service Thanks Chigwell Thanks Sam
