Didn't have a great experience with this estate agency. Firstly, one of the agents couldn't get access to the property for viewing. Another agent had to step in, but unfortunately he didn't know much about the property (especially about what furniture belong to the tenant, and what will be there for us when we move in). Turned out that most of the furniture belonged to the previous tenant. We asked for the flat to be professionally cleaned, it wasn't cleaned at all. We were unable to check the standard of redecorating in the bathroom (only shown poor quality pictures) and paint started to come off after two weeks. When signing the contract, they forgot to tell us to set up standing order for rent (only hid the form within email attachments and post which we didn't go through as we thought it's the same as what we've been shown while signing the contract). When we discovered that rent hasn't been collected and reported it, we were treated like it's our fault. During the whole process we were dealing with three different agents.
I don't recommend it.

i have used Bairstow Eves lettings department for several of my properties in the area and i have found that they have provided an excellent service. they found me excellent tenants with good rents in a very short time span. i thoroughly recommend them. Bairstow & Eves in Clapham

Firstly I would like to say that Veek and Luis the branch manager are exceptionally brilliant at there job.

They went above and beyond to provide a world class service and have not only helped us move into a property that we love, but have also helped us in all needed assistance afterwards.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for properties within the area, whether it's to buy or rent, as you can be assured from two happy clients that they will do the best job possible and they will not stop until you are satisfied.

Conor has excellent knowledge of the local market and gaves me suberb advice throughout.

Conor goes above and beyond to find the right tennents and did fulfil an addition check (above the strict standard checks) that I requested to put my mind at rest as he fully understands how important it is to find tennents that will look after your property.
