Myself and my partner were looking for a new property during the lockdown situation. We had found a couple of properties that were both of interest and we had a response from Marcus very promptly who set up a physical show around one of the properties with Ryan and Marcus offered a video and extensive detail of the other property. Marcus was very responsive throughout and answered all of my questions whilst being friendly and professional. When it came to putting our offer in the referencing was very simple and again Marcus was on hand. He seemed to be working all hours of every day including weekends!!
Once the lockdown had eased Ryan met with me so that I could look around the flat we signed for but only seen a video of and he was very friendly. On the moving in day there was a crossed wire about our key collection but Ryan went above and beyond by coming to drop the keys to us resolving the issue within 10 minutes. Overall excellent service and communication from both of them and would recommend!

Despite de lockdown and the difficult time the agency went through, we had Sophie and Liam helping us out moving into a new property with a great professionalism. However, once in the house, end of June, the maintenance team completely let us down, keeping ignoring our emails, resolving a very few issues a couple of days only before the rent is due to then chase us for the fullrfull payment, once paid keeping ignoring our emails again... Very appalling
