    My experience as a landlord. I don’t fully trust estate agents because, in the past, I have found them to be excessively focused on money and on short term interests. However, in this instance, my experience with the lettings team has turned out to be very positive – Mr James T (letting manager) showed a good ability to negotiate on fees, he advertised the property in line with my wishes and appropriately liaised with his team so that viewings would happen promptly and effectively. As a consequence, a suitable tenant was found within 5 working days. To me, it is important that my tenant is treated with respect and consideration – it appears that this is the case. The lettings team is also good in getting back to me, answering questions and acting upon reasonable requests. I cannot fault them so far. On the basis of my experience, I sincerely recommend this lettings service.

    Worst experience ever as a tenant. I see all 5/5 from landlords/owners. But if you considering renting a property stay away from bridgefords swinton. Especially from Mr James whom I need to deal with. It's 3 months without letting agreement, can't sort one thing I asked for aswell. Property was dirty, bins were full, and there was no electricity on first day we moved in. Our agent didn't had any idea about house and didn't prepared himself for the job. If the situation going to stay that way I will definitely move out by the end of first 6 month contract (that we didn't received yet).

Might I say the the staff were professional from start to finish and so fast . I never had to call the branch they kept me informed at each stage of the purchase all the way through . The one time I did call i was pleasently supprised that I didnt have to wait for someone to call me back each member of staff could give me an update and answer to any of my questions there and then . A joy and painless experience my ony regret is that I had already sorced my morgage before speaking to your staff at bridfords who as it turned out could have got me a better rate .
