Incredibly rude! The man who answered our phone query about a property is meant to be a SALES man? Even though the property was not suitable, instead of being rude he could have got our details and suggested other properties or kept us on file, as we are actively looking to buy. Not to mention he lost any chance of listing our flat for sale! Manager - please train your staff how to turn disappointed enquirers into potential customers ... and ask staff to have some manners.... Read more
