Last year I started the process of looking for a house as a first time buyer. After a few complications, I was recommended by a friend to go to Samuel Newman-Earp for help with mortgage advice. This was an excellent recommendation as he supported and guided me through the whole process. At the start of the process, I felt very overwhelmed and clueless about buying a house. Unfortunately, the buying process was delayed for us due to waiting for probate to be granted to allow the house sale to complete.
Although there was not much that could be done during this process, Alex made regular contact with us to check in or provide us with any updates.
The team customer service is great. Alex helped answer any questions we had and was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls if he was unavailable.

Firstly I must say I don't normally write a review on anything, however, I felt I needed to write this review to highly recommend Steve Singleton and Alex at this branch. The service they have provided so far has been second to non. Steve (The branch Manager) came to value one of our rental properties from our personal portfolio and from taking the instruction had viewings booked in for that very same day. We were always informed on viewings via text message, as to what day and time any prospective purchaser was viewing. All feed back given to us, prompt contact when negotiating the offer currently received.
Having not sold a house in a very, very long time, we have only ever purchased, Alex & Steve have looked after us and made the current sale process run very smoothly. We have not completed the sale as yet but are very close to this and would say that if you want a prompt, smooth service, you must use Bairstow Eves @ Clifton.
Other local selling agents can give you an un-realistic selling price that they think you want to hear, and the property remain on the open market for sale for weeks/months, however with Steve its all about what they can honestly achieve with the valuation/selling price given, and in our case was absolutely spot on.
Its a no brainer for us, we would definitely be using Bairstow Eves in Clifton when selling again.

Bairstow Eves made the sale of my property as pain free as possible. Even when other properties I have looked at have fallen through they have remained in positive contact with my buyer and managed their expectations.
Whilst I have not been able to find a property to buy with Bairstow they continuously seeked to find one for me always giving updates on any that came to market or may be of interest. As soon as I then found a property marketed by another agent they again managed my buyer and ensured he was kept updated and there were minimal issues.
Should I ever look to sell a property again I would no doubt be looking to use the services of Bairstow Eves.

Being first time buyers and not knowing too much about this whole process, Alex made it really easy for us and helped a lot, whether it was explaining what was happening, what we should be doing next or giving us advice on how to speed things up.
Anytime we called into the office, whoever answered the phone were always friendly and quick to help us with any questions. I would recommend them to anybody looking in that area.

Very good service they are always happy to help Emma did myself and my wife an excellent job of keep us both up to date with the new houses coming on to the market and trying to find us our perfect home. Joe our mortgage adviser top man there when we needed him cant fault is work helping us and spending time to get us up and running with our paperwork.
