Awful. Truly awful.

I arranged a viewing with them for one afternoon and they didn't show up. They said they had no reference of my viewing at all. So we rearranged for the next day only for them to cancel the viewing because of 'Tennant difficulties.' Why bother arrange an appointment if you cannot keep to it?

Honestly would avoid this agency and never deal with them again.

Have been on the receiving end of their service and not happy at all about it. Had to travel twice to Southampton to collect keys for a flat i purchased through them last year, despite communication in advance about my intentions (and i live 60 miles away!). More recently, i was promised to be called back for a flat for sale i enquired about; never received one and lost other potential viewings in the meantime! Poor attitude. Bad customer service; just endless 'apologies' for poor service (we must have lost your phone number i am told!!!- it would have been more believable to say 'a dog ate the piece of paper with your number'). I hope they wake up one day and realise that customer service makes or breaks a business. As the saying goes, there is no smoke without fire and other (rather poor) reviews here reinforce my point! F&S; if you believe that any of the above is not true, do get in touch as i have all the evidence to support the above! Personally i will never deal with them again in any capacity.

Worst agency ever. We reported that our gas stove is not working 1 week ago. It's still damaged - we still don't have hot water although we are sending them e-mails everyday (we also call but they just don't care - they know how to take money from you - but when you ask them to repair something... get lost!). What's more important we have seariously ill woman (kidneys) at home - cold is killing her. If you wanna rent house from them better prepare yourself that you will be visiting Citizens Advice Bureau every month if not week. Avoid at all cost.
