Very good experience - I popped in on the off chance after seeing a for sale sign outside a property, and it was a flat rather than a house. So the guys at the agent had a chat with me about options available and then immediately had a property in mind for me. Took me round to view, explained everything, sorted out the mortgage, kept a tabs on the solicitors and now I'm a proud owner of a fisherman's cottage in Brighton!

Horrible :( really upsetting experiance, lady was evil, I explained i was going through a breakup and looking for somewhere my 4 year old and I could move to and the service was disgusting. Told I could view a property then called to confirm the next day only to be told I cant view it as i have a child and need a 2 bed! I cannot afford that and surely itsdown to me where we live?! Anyway, nasty lady in there, not welcoming at all. Would not recommend
