    Fox & Sons

    Rude and unfriendly service. They don't treat tenants as customers and it feels like we are doing an obligation to them by using them as agents. Will not help in anyway in finding properties they have and just tell to look online. Even when giving them a good offer which would be beneficial to the landlord as well, still do not pass on message to the landlord and refuse straight away. Horrible and avoid them! There's lots more of agents in Bath who value their customers, tenants and landlords alike.

    Allen & Harris - Bath

    They seem to be short of staff - had issues with gas and phone not connected when moving in and there is only 1 person in their office who seemingly deals with issues, but they are also out on viewings a great deal of the time. Causing delays to getting our utilities connected. Most annoying thing is they said the property was 'ready to go' and had been 'thoroughly checked'. Allen and Harris use a company in Cardiff to organise repairs and this causes further delay to repairs as theres no local accountability. Still without phone, internet or dishwasher a week after problems reported.
