Cannot recommend Alistair at Fulham KFH highly enough for his support and interest shown in the recent sale of my property. He was always willing to help with my queries and to chase responses on my behalf. His team members were also extremely friendly towards me. Very much appreciated.

There are NO words to express what an acutely painful, disappointing, and waste of time experience working with KFH has been over the past 2 years as a landlord. I have paid them 10k+ for tenant finding & ongoing management and can honestly say that they have added zero value, and were I not stuck in a contract and living overseas, I would have cut my losses and moved to a different agency a long time ago. Their team (across the board: Cameron in property management, Abi & Katrina in finance & fulfillment, Meaghan in contracting, and Gareth in branch management) are incompetent at best and purposefully negligent at worst. Gareth may be the only exception who surpassed the bare minimum on occasion. If you are looking to throw money down the drain or spend your whole time babysitting lazy post-grads who you will have to chase and direct on every minuscule task...KFH is the agency for you! Such poor quality of service would not be tolerated in any other industry, and your feedback will fall on deaf ears. This entire branch is a MESS. Prime example: it was only at the end of my most recent tenancy (and after I pulled the plug on them), that I uncovered that they mishandled the keys meaning the entirety of the last year-long tenancy...they never had a management set....so no wonder they couldn't do their job. Thank God there was no emergency that required them to access the property. Incorrect accounting, failure to communicate important notices to tenants, wildly inflated phantom charges, periodic ghosting and much more await you at KFH.

Alistair and the team handled the transaction really well. Despite numerous legal obstacles, KFH were able to keep things on track and prevent the deal falling through. At a couple of critical moments their communication was excellent and was really appreciated. It is in moments like these that one appreciates the value of an experienced and capable agent.

I recently had the pleasure of working with KFH during the purchase of my new home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From offer to completion, the experience was incredibly smooth and I encountered no difficulties, largely thanks to Ollie, my agent. Ollie was exceptional in every aspect of the process and was always available to answer any questions and make the process as pleasant as possible. I also communicated with Alistair towards completion, who was incredibly helpful and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by KFH and grateful for such a seamless and stress free process.

I found whole experience with KFH Fulham and Chelsea really smooth. Everyone was super efficient and lovely to deal with, especially India who went above and beyond for me. India was so helpful with her effective communication and her excellent viewings. India was able to answer any questions that I had and was so knowledgeable on the properties that she was showing me. She’s an absolute star and is clearly so passionate about her job, which really rubs off on her clients.
