Barnard Marcus Putney markets my buy-to-let properties. The staff are excellent. Not only do they always find me tenants in time, they also took away many administrative hassle from me as they helped to arrange for check-out, cleaning, gas safety check, inventory and check-in, etc. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Well done for finding me new tenants a couple weeks ago!

Great experience with the Lettings team - Yvette, Rodellene and Azhar. After a challenging time for letting my flat over many weeks, Barnard Marcus came in and were quickly able to secure a good set of offers and ensured an efficient process of paperwork, check-in and initial support to tenants. They were always very receptive as well as suggested different ways of solving minor issues at hand.
Also want to specifically mention that Rodellene went out of way to help out when tenants faced some initial hiccups.
All this goes a long way in creating a strong long-term relationship. And which I look forward to as I continue working with Barnard Marcus team.
