Our experience working with Ben was exceedingly positive. Our property sale proved to be quite challenging, with numerous bumps along the way. When our original buyer withdrew, Ben swiftly secured us a new offer within a week. As we encountered further hurdles, we were fortunate to have Ben negotiating on our behalf, ensuring the progression of the sale. Initially, when selecting an estate agent, we primarily considered the initial offer stage. However, in hindsight, we now realise that they play a crucial role throughout the entire process. So it's important to have the right person by your side. His constant availability to offer insights and guidance proved invaluable during the stressful times, which reduced a lot of the anxiety around the sale.
I cannot recommend Ben highly enough.

The team at Barnard Marcus were driven when it came to selling our house. Chris gave us a realistic valuation, taking the time to find out what made our house special. The team found us a buyer within 3 days and we completed within 3 months. Kecia was an excellent negotiator, managing the sale in a professional manner and handling communications between the buyer, solicitors and us with ease.

I am so lucky to meet amazing people in Barnard Marcus Estate Agents Southfields. Special mention to lovely Andrea who is a very professional sales consultant, inside and out. I will be forever thankful to her because she introduced us to Ben, our exceptional broker. Andrea will hold your hand from start to finish in looking for your perfect property. My husband and I didn't know anything about Southfields but she supplied us a lot of information about the area during our viewings. Her level of knowledge and amount of data that she had about the market was impressive.
On the other hand, I cannot stress enough how remarkable Ben is. He is everything you need in purchasing a property! We are first time buyers and have no clue or idea how, where to start. We were scared but since day one that we spoke to Ben, he brings nothing but positive vibes in the process of buying our property. There is no such things as complicated to him because he will thoroughly explain everything for better understanding. Ben's expertise has made our buying process easy and will work with you to make your desires a reality.
Moreover, Andrea and Ben's responsiveness are incredible. They will keep you up to date everyday via phone call or email. Both will do extra mile to make sure you are happy and satisfied. Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy are second to none. It was a no-brainer for us to work with them as you can really sense that they are genuine people. They look out for you and have your best interests in mind. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and we will not hesitate to engage with them again about property, mortgage matters.

Louie at Barnard Marcus was brilliant, from the first time we met him at a prospective property. His friendliness, expertise and communication were outstanding - he even replied to messages I sent in the evening and at weekends, which I didn’t expect him to look at til the following day. Louise made what can be a very stressful and complicated buying process, very straightforward. I honestly can’t recommend him and Barnard Marcus highly enough.
