An absolute nightmare! We have been renting the property for 2.5 years and we had to deal with the most useless and inefficient team. The maintenance issues were never resolved with people sitting without heating and got water for over 2 weeks! Literally none of maintanence request were address, with the property manager having a out of office reply at all times! We have vacated 3.5 months ago and since have been chasing for our security deposit return!!! Will be reporting to Property Obudsman for the the way this agency dealt with all the matters from start to finish. Joshua/Amber/Leroy - is anyone here?

Chris and William have been a enabled me to sell a flat while living over an hour's drive away . They arranged viewings without fuss and found a suitable buyer, reacting swiftly when a previous potential purchaser was forced to withdraw unexpectedly . In addition they have managed the empty flat on my behalf cheerfully and promptly .I have been kept fully up to date with progress of the sale . They have been a pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them .
