Absolutely thrilled with the level of service and professionalism I have experienced with the Beercocks team, especially after they successfully negotiated £7,000 more than the bottom of the range. Their valuation was far more realistic than other estate agents. Their team at Hedon were very informative and ensured they contacted me by phone and email confirmation. They are friendly and professional. It has been a smooth process.

Took longer to get to market then I expected but that was not Beercocks fault at all ! ( government legislation ). Through each and every stage ( so far ! ) they have been excellent from preperation, photography and video ,valuation and negotiation. spot on. Even down to helping buyers with thier government requirements to help the sale.Here's hopeing everything goes smoothly and a big thank you to Jake , Lucy and all the team.
