I recently rented out my property through Benham & Reeves Highgate branch. Ivan Hrissimov, the manager, and his team had been most professional and efficient. From the initial consultation, Ivan truly understood my needs and requests, offering me options. All questions were answered promptly. The rental he suggested was spot on, resulting in viewings the next day, and a tenant found within the week! There were repairs needed prior to the start of the tenancy. Miles Baim helped sort them out efficiently, with clear communication throughout. Even the paper work, which I dreaded, was dealt with clearly and efficiently by Sylvana. Ivan and his team had done a wonderful job. I sure will ask for their help in any future property related matters.... Read more

Horrendous company. Even worse lettings negotiators!! Especially Dele Lawal!! At what point does the boy not realise that prospective clients pay both the company’s and his financial remuneration. A really lax negotiator who seemingly has no interest in letting properties. No communication skills, no customer service skills and above all a lack of customer service! I would not recommend this company if they were the last lettings agent on the planet!!... Read more
