After 18 months with Blundells, I would strongly warn any landlord against trusting them with their property. This has been the worst agency experience I have ever had.<br><br>They take my management fees, yet I am the one constantly chasing everything. Calls go unanswered, work is delayed, and promised updates do not arrive. I have had to visit their office just to get answers, and the attitude I have encountered has only added to my frustration. “We’re busy” and “We’re sorry” are repeated excuses, with little action afterwards.<br><br>They told my tenant they could leave without consulting me, despite previously confirming that rent remained due until 17 November. I am now left with two months’ unpaid rent. My tenant also left the property in a condition I consider unacceptable, yet their assessment suggested it was largely fine.<br><br>I let another property through a different agency and am very happy with their service. I have never experienced these problems with them.<br><br>Blundells were attentive when securing my business. Afterwards, I felt completely let down. Paying for full management while having to chase and oversee everything yourself is unacceptable. I would never use them again or recommend them to any landlord.

Dan, Will, Katie, Lisa, Emily gave me such a supportive, patient, professional experience throughout such an enormous stressor of a time, ill not forget it. They exceeded my expectations and were always so warm, kind and practical. They were never far away and were always on hand to deal with my enquiries. Their help and individual expertise every step of the way was so helpful. Whoever employs these wonderful individuals, you are so very lucky to have such exceptional staff! I’m so glad I went with Blundells. Dan is a bit of genius though, he sold it for me and blew me away during the valuation.<br><br>The price was also reasonable and suited my budget well. Which was also a deciding factor for me as I had quite a few agents come to quote/valuate.<br><br>Thank you guys for getting me through it all (and bearing with my neuroticism lol) and into my dream home.

?????<br><br>I cannot recommend Katie Cox and the Blundells Rotherham team highly enough. From our first meeting, Katie was professional, positive, honest and incredibly knowledgeable. Her valuation was backed by detailed market research and a really clear rationale and she got it absolutely spot-on. Our house attracted huge interest immediately and sold at asking price within just four days.<br><br>Katie kept us informed throughout, from photography and marketing to viewing feedback, offers and the performance of our listing across Rightmove and OnTheMarket. Everything was transparent and clearly explained.<br><br>Selling while returning to work after adoption leave could have been overwhelming, but Katie was a constant, reassuring presence: responsive, encouraging and completely committed. By the end, she felt like a genuine cheerleader in our corner. The wider team were equally well-informed, which says a lot about Blundells’ culture.<br><br>Katie is an exceptional agent with a very bright future ahead of her. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone selling their home.
