I have recently bought my first property through blundells and the service was excellent!! Coming into the final few stages we had an issue with communications with the solicitors but Georgia was very transparent and honest and took the matters into her own hands. She gave me updates near enough every day and most importantly she was honest with me gave me all the right advice. Rishi the partnered mortgage advisor again was very transparent and honest, telling me what is and isn’t worth going for always showing the best options and giving the best advice and just being honest with me. They even gave me a little moving in care package which was such a lovely little gesture!
Big thankyou to all the team at blundells would definitely recommend wether your a first time buyer or just looking for another property. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

I have been in the process of buying a property via the Blundells Hillsborough branch since March 2024. The process has been plagued by abysmal communication from Blundells and, even worse, service from their in-house recommended solicitors. On multiple occasions, the estate agents have agreed to answer our queries but never return calls, while the solicitors have sat on the information and refused to act on it. The process has been going on for circa six months with no end.
Avoid this estate agent and solicitors at all costs.

Just Rented an apartment through Blundells for the first time and it has been fantastic, quick and easy. Hannah specifically has been brill always been available through email whenever we needed it and helped with and queries we have had.

Sale recently agreed. From the outset it was good to deal with Katie who clearly knew the local area / market and has been supportive to-date. A good no' of viewings achieved and offer received within the perimeters originally suggested. Happy to recommend.
