Great service as ever. We’ve let our property with this branch for over 9 years now and every time we get a new the tenant in the branch sorts it all hassle free for us. This time Sienna looked after us really well, speedy and accurate communications getting our property turned around asap. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I have just rented a house with Blundells, and the service I received throughout the entire process was exceptional.
Daisy showed me around the property on a Saturday morning, and within an hour of the viewing, she had contacted me, discussed my application with the landlord, and arranged the holding deposit.
The referencing process was completed within a few days, and I was given a move-in date just two weeks later. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I can't thank Daisy and the team enough for their professionalism, communication, and support throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

Our purchase was a bit of a nightmare all things considered with lots of hiccups at each stage and very slow (nothing to do with Blundells) but Katy was great, she was friendly, helpful, quick to respond to any enquiries and gave me lots of practical assistance moving things along as well as just general advice which as a first time buyer was invaluable. She is an absolute star ??????. Very happy with the service I received

recently started looking for a rental property and Elysia was by far the best agent I had contact with. If a property I was interested in had been taken, she called me to let me know straight away, and let me know of any suitable properties available and she put me at ease during the whole process.
I had applied for a more than one property over several estate agents, and Blundells application is heads and shoulders above the rest. Within 30 mins of completing my application, it let me know I was accepted - other agents had sent out photocopies of forms to fill in, which, even with working in IT, I found very difficult to do and almost gave up on them.
