Bad experience here. I have been waiting for the return of deposit since 08/09/2024 (check-out date), at time of writing the date is 04/12/2024. Despite asking for updates and calling, I have not received any response from this agency for 2+ weeks. IMO, there are many other options in Bristol worth trying before Chase Buchanan Downend.... Honestly cannot reccomend hunters enough. After enduring a very stressful & prolonged wait to be able to sell a property as an executor who doesn't live close to the property hunters honestly could not have done enough for us. From when we first met David to get an initial valuation and to the eventual sale of the house which sarah was increidbly responsive when it came to giving us any updates etc. hunters could not have been more helpful. They have honestly been more help than I could possibly put into words.
