I have dealt with Alex at Buckinghams for a couple of years now, we rented a property through them and then bought property too. On both occasions they were refreshingly professional and realistic and fair in their assessment of the market place, resulting in a positive outcome negotiation on our behalf, we would choose them again over any agent.

I felt very fortunate that I had chosen Buckinghams to sell my house which had been my family home for 40 years. They put together a superb brochure so much so that I was almost tempted to stay there myself. I always felt they were treating me as an individual and not just another client on the books and that my best interests came first. And they helped me all the way along to a successful and very satisfactory sale. Thoroughly recommended.

We highly recommend Buckinghams having recently completed on our purchase. We had been registered with a number of estate agents in the local area, however Buckinghams went above and beyond to help us find our new home. They listened to our requirements and always kept us informed about properties which may be suitable for us. We felt very supported by Alex (and Sally-Ann) throughout the whole process, which at times was very stressful. Overall the service we received, their approach and professionalism was excellent.
