Slow off the mark once contract signed (forgot to book photographer); had been sure of handling incumbent tenant but capitulated. Lag to viewings, then slow to remarket once tenant gone… Months have elapsed and although they found a buyer - the agreed price is £50k below guide and still exchange hasn’t happened. Occasionally good to talk to but only act when their fee seems to be receding?!... Read more

A really good team!! Found a full asking price offer within 1.5 weeks of going onto market. Buyers unfortunately pulled out and so the team had to start all over again and keep doggedly working to find another buyer. This took a few weeks but they have found another buyer with a very good offer, so overall we are very happy. Only thing they might be able improve on is giving feedback for all viewings but I suppose this is down to the viewer rather than the estate agent.... Read more
