A really good team!!
Found a full asking price offer within 1.5 weeks of going onto market.
Buyers unfortunately pulled out and so the team had to start all over again and keep doggedly working to find another buyer. This took a few weeks but they have found another buyer with a very good offer, so overall we are very happy.

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
