The whole team at Chase Buchanan St Margaret’s have been super helpful. The caliber of property they manage is no surprise to me considering their level of expertise.
We dealt primarily with Ayesha who went above and beyond to help us secure our rental. She was super patient with my busy schedule and was immediately on hand with any issues we faced throughout the letting process.
Very grateful for having Ayesha help manage our move and would highly recommend her and the team to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell property in the St Margaret’s/twickenham/richmond area.

We rented our property through Chase Buchanan. Joel was amazing from beginning to end. We had specific requirements about location and layout and what he was offering us always was spot-on. In a fairly quiet market, he managed to find the right place for us, engage us early, and was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Absolutely recommended!

Was helped through the difficult process of referencing and a quick move. Tom at Richmond branch did more than expected and was a star. Couldn’t recommend him. And Chase highly enough.

Bad experience here. I have been waiting for the return of deposit since 08/09/2024 (check-out date), at time of writing the date is 04/12/2024. Despite asking for updates and calling, I have not received any response from this agency for 2+ weeks.
IMO, there are many other options in Bristol worth trying before Chase Buchanan Downend.
