We bought a property through Chase Buchanan's Richmond office. Their primary duty was to the sellers who had engaged them, but we were impressed by their ability to resolve problems and find compromises. Most of all, Morgan and his team pulled out all the stops to get the purchase over the line when a chain of six seemed an insurmountable obstacle.

The Chase Buchanan team just helped us sell our house in Richmond, which had been on the market with another agent for 4 months with no luck! Dan & Anna had a buyer within a week, and we completed within 2 months of receiving the offer! Really impressed and can't recommend their team enough - they made it all so easy. Thanks guys!

Bad experience here. I have been waiting for the return of deposit since 08/09/2024 (check-out date), at time of writing the date is 04/12/2024. Despite asking for updates and calling, I have not received any response from this agency for 2+ weeks.
IMO, there are many other options in Bristol worth trying before Chase Buchanan Downend.
