I have both purchased and sold four properties through Chase Buchanan and until very recently also rented a flat via their services.
Since 1996 I have called upon their knowledge and expertise and at no time been disappointed.
I have dealt with the Twickenham, Hampton Hill and Teddington offices and have always found them helpful, professional, courteous , but also retaining a sense of both calmness and humour throughout what is often a stressful time .
Only once did I use local "competitor" and soon regretted it.
Chase Buchanan offer an excellent and well informed service.

Have dealt with Joel personally and Lianne over the telephone and they are both very pleasant and helpful.
Joel was very patient with me through the viewing process and tried to guide me through the procedure. I am very grateful for his help and would be happy to deal with him in the future.

This letting agency is a joke they arrange a inspection one minute then section21 the next as the landlords haven't a clue what they want and this agent will keep phoning if you give them your number avoid at all costs

We've worked with Patrick and the team at Fidelis for about 6 years now, and would never go anywhere else. From the very first phone call to them all those years ago regarding renting our house out, they've given us exceptional service and advice. They are all incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We've had a number of fantastic tenancies through them, and recently made the decision to sell.
