We bought our new home with Connells. A very friendly bunch - especially Ollie who was honest, professional and always a pleasure to deal with. When we wanted to visit the property multiple times before completion for measurements, builder quotes etc. it was never a problem and when we had a delay with the solicitor they were quick to look into the problem and chase it up. I would recommend as a buyer.

These "professionals" arranged an appointment with me.

Rang me before to confirm. I told them I was there 20 mins early in order to see what the area was like and told them to come down at any point. I got a confused response as though I was strange for wanting to be early.

They were late.

I left.

CANNOT KEEP A SIMPLE APPOINTMENT.

Then they blamed traffic - they live in Ashford and KNOW that the roads are nightmares in Ashford, and thus leave early for every appointment to take this into account. Thus they are poor at understanding the very area they rent in.

Then I wrote with my disappointment about this. And their SENIOR manager couldnt even get my name correctly despite having it written down for him in my emails....

Thus cannot READ.

So they cant keep appointments and cannot and do not care enough to even give you the respect of getting your name correct.

HIGHLY HIGHLY unprofessional just like 7 other letting agents in Ashford.

Initial impressions are good and have decided to use them to market our property.
Since placing our property with Connells - Copthorne:
The property marketing commenced promptly.
The enquiry rate was good.
A sale was agreed without too much delay.
The staff did not stop there; they kept on top of the sale process.
Contracts are now exchanged and we move out in the new year.
All in all so far a smooth transaction on what can often end up being stressful.
Well done so far to the Connells team.

So it's our first time moving out and we had absolutely nothing to go off experience base wise. We managed to call these guys up and get the info we needed for our now current flat as well as smoothly move in with no hiccups.

They were easy to contact, easier yet to get answers from as well as directions as what we were doing next. Seriously? It was a huge weight off of our shoulders going through these guys and made everything very streamline and well, easy. At every stage, if we had questions, they were there to phone or email with quick response.

I never reviewed a letting agency before, as we never had this kind of professional and thorough service ever, considering a rental. They could speed up the process for us as it was requested, and they've been completely helpful with any kind of aspect through the procedure.
