Excellent representation of Connells from one of your staff - Monty. Efficient, prompt and clear regarding setting up the viewing on both telephone and via email. Additional confirmation of viewing on the day was also reassuring. Monty was friendly and knowledgeable, and I also did not feel rushed when looking at the property, Monty was also able to answer all queries and explain everything, and the process that I had to go through post-viewing. His follow-up/updates since the viewing has been timely. All you could ask for - responsive and involved and kept me in the loop at all times. I have not had wonderful experiences with an agent in the past and for that, I feel hopeful that any dealings with Connells will be a positive one because of the standard he has set. The experience was great from start to finish. Would recommend Monty without a question. My wife and I had many things to stress about looking for a suitable property for us but dealing with Monty and Connells was not one of them.
