Disgrace!!! This lettings agent (Grace and Robin) have no Integrity at all! If you think Estate Agents have a bad name they will prove it for you. Firstly I booked in a viewing on a property, the viewing was then cancelled and rearranged for the next day, which was frustrating as I explained the urgency. Nonetheless we waited until the next day we arrived at the property the agent showing us around was late and flustered. Did know much about the property just there to let us in it seemed. As they had others viewing at the same time we decided to wait until the next day to offer. Our offer was accept that morning, they agreed to take the holding deposit after my mothers operation as she was going straight into theatre. In that time they showed someone else around the property who subsequently offered and now their offer was accepted over ours. This being said we went with this property rather than another so my parents were left with neither house with a quick move of 2 weeks. If they had integrity they would have not showed anyone else the property once it had been agreed or waiting until all had viewed to agree offers! I'm outraged at the service receive and I wouldn't trust this company at all. Alongside their ridiculous tenant fees it's daylight robbery. I would avoid them at all cost both Landlords and Tenants. Save your money and go with an integral agent!!

Recently bought a flat through them, Poor customer service never kept in the loop about anything with my purchase. Staff seem lazy and never call back, i had to keep chasing about for information. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Dealt with FOXTON and Streets ahead before and they are 1000x better than Cubitt and west

Do not recommend at all.. they do everything to take your property on their list and then you have to call back to get the info. Poor communication. Bad manners

Friendly, professional & effective service. Kunal & Robert always helped in assisting with any question's I had throughout the process and gave feedback from viewings and delivered on the service they set out to give. Furthermore, they managed to find tenants with our specific criteria. Communicating with Head Office to sort contracts out after finding tenants was also impressive and customer service was clearly high on their priority too. Will use their service again in the future

Very poor service....Numerous problems with the property we are renting, contacted the lettings department to question whats been done about it. They either ignore the phone calls, or just dont bother with getting the work done. Quick enough taking your hard earned dosh though. Cowboy firm at best.

I hit some issues with mortgage since I had been self employed for some 15 years and had done all the company accounts myself. This estate agent referred me to a specialist mortgage advisor who gave me some good advise in connection with mortgage application, which was successful.
