Information provided could be better. Some of the staff are lovely Particularly Ben and Freddie. One of the other ladies makes a lot of mistakes and does have a bit of an attitude problem.

Only 6 viewings in 20 weeks, all in may, june, and july, very disappointed. Only one phone call a month from June from them. Wouldn't answer my emails. People have told me they requested viewings but Fox and sons never returned their calls.

Just rented my first property with the help of the lovely Beth! She made it so quick and easy and was so professional and helpful.
Same day first viewing and keys 12 hours later. I am over the moon with everything.

You will notice alot of positive reviews upon initial valuation. But please be aware that Jack follows up his valuations (the day after) asking for positive reviews. We felt at this time that we were happy with the service he gave. What has followed for the following 7 weeks is a million miles away from what was promised. Firstly, our flat was valued at a price that we believe was inflated in order to get us to sell with them. After 4 weeks and zero viewings we were told we should drop the price despite jack explaining that he is sure we would get over or above the asking price. Our advert has now been on for 7 weeks and despite us raising concerns about lack or contact, our issues persist. Within the first 3 weeks we raised concerns to the branch manager Kane that we have not had any update or contact, he apologised and explained that we would get an update on Saturday, this never came. We called again to explain our frustration. Kane offered to come to our flat to take some new photos as the ones originally taken were not great. During this meeting Kane explained that his colleague Tom was originally in charge of our sale and that he dropped the ball as he was moving to manage a new branch and that he (Kane) would be taking our sale on and assured us that they will do better and explained that he will update us every Wednesday. He also promised that he would send rightmove data that evening as we had had nothing from fox and sons for 4.5 weeks at this point. 3 days later I chased again to recieve this and finally got it. To date (7 weeks into the contact) this is the only update we have received other than one phone call from Luke.
We are (and you will be too) locked into a 20 week contract with them that they failed to mention at valuation. When challenged they said this is standard and gave examples of other agents that do the same. All examples given were lies. We checked and none were 20 weeks.
We have had a total of 2 viewings within 7 weeks and the contact has been woeful even after us explaining that we are dissatisfied and promises that they will do better.
Unfortunately we no longer want to partner with fox and sons which we are gutted about as we really wanted this to work but we simply have no confidence with them now.
On the contrary we have, had great service from David the mortgage advisor who has always been amazing and helpful.

We can't thank the team at Amesbury enough! Joe, Donna ,Courtney and Helen were amazing, professional and friendly throughout the entire process, even with delays caused along the chain and the stressful situation the process can be, they went above and beyond to assist, chase up solicitors, other estate agents and be available whenever we needed them.
Highly recommend!

Absolutely awful service!
Rented a property with fox and sons 3 weeks ago and ever since the property has had ongoing maintenance issues. Fox and sons winton have consistently ignored my emails and phone calls and just could not care less. Apparently no duty of care to their tenants unless it’s life or death! I advise anyone thinking of renting of buying to avoid at all costs!
