I contacted Foxtons as I had seen a rental property advertised on RightMove. I was called within the hour by Jade Scott. From initial contact through to offer acceptance and move in, Jade was professional, helpful, well mannered and made sure that the entire process went as smoothly as we could have hoped for. Her time keeping was excellent and always responded promptly to any questions or queries either my wife or I had. I couldn’t recommend working with Jade and Foxtons enough to anyone looking to rent a property in and around Surbiton highly enough. I had organised a viewing with Sam for a property. Upon arrival at Foxtons to view the property, Sam had arranged 3 for me to look at. One of the properties I wasn't expecting to see was perfect and we made an offer immediately. Sam was on the end of the phone the whole time and I believe we had 90% of the paperwork done within 3 hours. Within just a few days, Leanna and Jade helped us to secure a lovely property that exactly suited our (non-standard) requirements. We were unsure as to whether a long or short let would work best, so Leanna and Jade took time to understand our needs and offer us a variety of options. Pushy agents. I decided to go with someone else to sell a garage and they thought it was funny that I got a smaller amount than what they said they could get me. I pointed out I got the same amount in the end as the other agent did not charge me over 5 grand which is what foxtons would have done which is a quarter of the value. It may be good if you are needing to find a place but I would look around if you are selling especially if it is commercial or a garage,... Read more

I had a lot of struggles finding a place with my partner and tried other agencies before, but they were not really useful or competent. Finally, we went to Foxtons and got in contact with Benjamin James who was super helpful and effective from day 1. To get a flat is never easy but Ben tried to assist in everything to help to do everything right and quick so we wouldn't miss our chosen flat. Right from the beginning we found the team at Foxtons Surbiton, very helpful and supportive. From our initial dealings with Gregory who was key in assuring us we should list our property with Foxtons to Oliver and Christian who were consistent in keeping us informed and arranging viewings with serious buyers (which is very important when trying to sell your property). What we've really appreciated however is the speed at which Christian pushed through an exchange in such a short space of time- an offer just before Christmas with an exchange approximately 3 1/2 weeks later at full asking price! the effort put in to get things sorted was amazing.
