They were always either available to take calls or got back to us quickly, they set up plenty of viewings with prospective purchasers serious about buying, all during very difficult market conditions.

My wife and I relocated to the UK in early February for work and had a tough time finding a place to settle since we were new to the country. We searched through several popular letting sites and went for many viewings but had no luck until a friend recommended Foxtons to us. We visited their office and luckily got in touch with Kris, who promptly informed us about a few houses that were available and even accompanied us to all the viewings in her personal vehicle.
Thanks to Kris' efforts, we found two places we liked and made offers, which were confirmed within a couple of days. We were impressed that Kris was able to negotiate a good deal with the landlord on our behalf, and we eventually found a beautiful apartment in Sutton through Foxtons.
We were so pleased with their service that we recommended Foxtons to a friend who is moving to the UK at the end of April. Even before their arrival, Foxtons was able to find them a suitable home. We are grateful for Kris and Foxtons' assistance in helping us settle down in the UK.

Being based in Brighton while looking to move to Sutton meant that house hunt was going to be a challenge for us. Trying to line up multiple viewings on a single day was not always convenient. However, thanks to Mr. James Cook from Foxtons Sutton, we were able to avoid a lot of the travel back and forth. He was very understanding of our needs and provided excellent support. I cannot express my gratitude to James and Yasseen at foxtons Sutton, after a difficult few months myself and my two girls have viewed many many properties getting out bid each time, which I never thought could happen with a rental, James and Yasseen were the only two that stuck by their word and responded to each message , each email and worked extremely hard securing a place for my family at an affordable and fair price.

Had a valuation done by William Campbell in May 22. Decided not to instruct Foxtons for various reasons. 1, the value price was unrealistic. 2, their commission 2.5% plus vat & 3, William came across like he could sell ice to the Eskimos! Since informing William we were not going to sell with them, I've had numerous phone calls 15 plus from him plus his colleagues harassing me.
Been in contact with sutton police reporting them for harassment. When Mr Campbell gets a call from the police, hopefully he'll get the message and stop harassing me. Think twice before contacting Foxtons!

My name is Florin Marian,Iam glad you asked me to sent you my impression about Foxton Company. 13 years ago when I bought my home, I asked help from Foxton in Kingstone, I met an English lady working for the company which she showed me 3 apartments very small in very noisy location, I wasn't happy with them and I didn't buy any of them, the young lady accused me that I didn't know what I wanted, " she told me she loose her time with me because I didn't buy any of them. That was very rude and unprofessional of her, I was very upset and I didn't want hear about Foxton anymore. After that I changed to a company to Your Move they were nice and professional after viewing 5 to 6 houses I found a nice house sweet able for me. Last year I sold the house, and now I'm looking for a new house to buy. Besides other Companies I tried Foxton again with not much hope in them. This time i met Miss/ Mrs Laila D she is a very nice pleasant professional young lady, very helpful and hard working person, I don't have computer neither skilled in Computers. She told me that wasn't a problem and she told me she would help me to find the house I want.I have been to her office three times and spent time on the computer searching for a sweet able house I want. Shepays attention to my wishes, takes notice of what I want and she shows me on the computer many houses to choose from and also gives me some smart advise. She has invited me to view a couple of houses, she is very professional she answers me all questions I ask to her.
She also drive me for viewing with a company Car, which is VERY VERY helpful for me because I'm 63 years old and have heath issues, because I don't have Computer I know the young lady dose more work for me compared to other clients
For that way I want to highlight her hard work and determination to every customers of Foxton.
That means Foxton improve a lot from the last experience.
I don't know if I will find the house I want through her,but i was very pleased to meet such a professional and qualified worker.

I have recently purchased a flat through the Sutton branch of Foxtons estate agents ,which is based at the train station end of Sutton.
I have been guided through this difficult process by Emma my conveyancer and Vygaile of Foxtons .
Vygaile was always available to help answer any of the many questions that arose ,over the 11 month process . she also ,on several occasions ,went out of her way to meet me at the flat ,to enable me to measure up and decide on a new heating system . she always made herself available ,was always smiling and always arrived on time . she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and this was with the full support of her branch manager William ,who played a massive part in keeping the sale alive .

I am leaving this review with the only purpose of warning people who may be thinking of using Foxtons as a quality-guaranteed agent. At the beginning when a potential tenant shows interest in a property, they are extremely efficient and helpful, but one the first payment has been made and the tenancy agreement signed, they literally disappear. It is my duty as a good citizen to give the names of the persons that were responsible of the mess I suffered: Yasseen Jebara and Leanna Sherman both were working in the Surbiton brand in the Lettings department. Leanna was the manager.
Firstly, and very important to remark, I was looking for a house to rent for myself and my family (wife + 1 year old child).
I had a terrible experience with Foxtons when we rented a house in Akerman Road in Surbiton (KT65NS). We made an offer for an unfurnished property and subject to previous removal of the landlord’s fridge and washing machine as we were going to buy our own appliances. We asked the agent (Yasseen Jebara) if the shed was going to be emptied for our use, and he immediately responded YES of course.
The check-in process was very strange, Foxtons did not allow me to be present during the inventory report, and I had to go to the brand to collect the keys of the property so I was on my own on the moving in day.
My year-long nightmare starts at the moment I opened the door to discover the mess. I was firstly impressed by the terrible smell like a wet dog (this was the result of wetting but not cleaning the carpet. The carpets were completely dirty, and I had to pay a carpet cleaning from my own pocket costing me £360. This was very inconvenient as I had arranged for all my furniture to be delivered the day after the moving in date and I had to clean the carpet before, so I had to temporarily store my furniture (at my cost).
Apart from that I found out that most of the window locks were broken so anyone from outside could access through the windows. My other big surprise was the discovery of all the landlord ancient furniture stored in a brand new (and much bigger) shed that he installed without telling me. Foxtons and the Landlord made their own arrangements without telling me a word. The new shed was taking a lot of space from the garden we saw during the viewing.
Then I went to the kitchen and found the landlord’s appliances were in there (and it was part of the offer to get them removed before moving in). I had the delivery of my own appliances arranged for the day after moving in but I had to change the delivery date (at my own cost of course).
Apart from these issues I found other important safety faults (like naked cables all around the house), stair steps broken and a shower with no pressure at all (we had to install a pump to be able to get enough pressure to take a decent shower).
The landlord was also using the attic as his own personal storage (He used to come in the house every month to store / take his stuff).
We were told the house was for sale but only for investors, so we didn’t pay much attention. Then after a couple of months we realised the big mistake we made as we had viewings every week.
The landlord only wanted to sell the house and in the meantime, getting some extra cash from the rent. Finally the landlord would give us the notice to leave the property the day before the lockdown was establish in the UK because of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Landlord and Foxtons pushed us to move during the lockdown, he didn’t care I was a blood cancer patient. We moved out in June 2020 voluntarily for own our health.
Yasseen Jebara and Leanna Sherman lied to me in my face. They were responsible to get the property ready for us the tenants, but they didn’t because Foxtons are only interested in the money and I had already paid the first month and the deposit. I would have cancel the tenancy but I couldn’t leave my family without a roof and couldn’t afford to lose another couple of weeks to find another place (and I was afraid of a potential and endless Court Process).

Having had terrible experiences with other estate agents we reluctantly decided to use Foxtons in Sutton. What a breath of fresh air. Hard working, chasing for buyers and honest with us.
All the staff are amazing but Vygaile has kept us in the loop and given us advice. She is such a hard worker and goes the extra mile. We have had many laughs but value her with ethic.
We have yet to sell our house but it’s not for want of viewings or marketing - the market is volatile.

Initially we thought of buying the property a few months later and went for viewing just to see the property to get some idea. But we ended up putting an offer after the viewing and decided to buy the property. It was partly due to the negotiating skills of the Sales Negotiator Adam Broholm. He was helpful throughout the process up to a successful completing of the sale in-time as expected.
They never say no to multiple viewings.
I would recommend Foxtons and will definitely use them for any sale or lettings in future.

Foxtons Sutton sold our property, William Campbell aided by Sarah Bermingham did a good job for us. In fairness it is true to say that it was probably also assisted by a realistic price. The sale was also completed as and when originally planned.
So sold and all within a reasonable time scale.

I used Foxtons to sell my property in January, on a commission free special offer basis as it was the launch of a new branch. I was quite surprised at how enthusiastic and professional they were considering my previous bad experiences with estate agents, especially as I wasn't paying a fee and thought I would probably receive a low rate service? This definitely wasn't the case, Florence and Will were great at giving me feedback after each viewing, kept me well informed of the progress of the sale along the way and I was treated as if I was a full commission paying customer, I would highly recommend Foxtons and would use them again in the future!!

I had the best reception from Foxton! Best agency in London in my experience! Would rate more stars if they had! Because their service was just amazing!! I was privileged enough to have 2 agents at my service Holly from Dulwich office and Sarah Bermingham ( I had widened my search! )Because being new in London it was not easy securing a property. Together, they worked as a great team! The phone calls, follow ups and even offer to pick me up from one viewing to the next! In the end i settled for a property in Sarah Bermingham side (as it was closer to family) good property...tailored according to my needs! She also has made really great follow ups just to see how I'm settling. Its the most welcome I felt in London after a long and tiring search! I'm really glad I had went to Foxton! I would recommend these gys in a heartbeat!

Found it slightly difficult to arrange a viewing (as it's a newly opened branch), but this was very quickly forgotten when I met Dorcas (Dee).
Dorcas went out of her way to show me my requested properties/viewings but also showed me 1 additional property which really helped me with my offer-to-purchase. Florence Longhurst has been our negotiator at Foxtons Sutton since we started our property search, and I would highly recommend her. Florence has been enthusiastic and friendly, and is frequently in touch to discuss properties and organise viewings. She has gone out of her way to provide a good customer service, for example giving us a lift to the station after a viewing despite it being out of her way. Looking for a home is quite a daunting undertaking, so it is very reassuring to feel that someone is working hard on your behalf to find properties that fit your criteria, and her knowledge of the area has been very valuable so far.
