The property we moved in to, wasn't even an initial option that we booked for a viewing ourselves online. James called with an offer to view a property he thought would suit us based on our preferences. We came in not knowing anything about the property, and yet, low and behold, it was love at first sight! Exactly what our family was looking for.

I genuinely think that 5 stars reviews are paid ones or tenants haven't singed the contract yet or had to deal with Foxtons post signing the contract. This agency works 100% against tenants. Forget about property management and forget about any support regardless how little it is. They lie to your face bluntly.

I spoke to a horrible estate agent today from Foxtons. I'm a buyer and he was doing his usual pushy sales tactics, but one thing that was extremely upsetting, unacceptable and UNTRUE was when he used the "inflation has gone down" tactic. He started quoting Sunak's success in reducing inflation to justify Foxton's push of overpriced houses in the area. It is disgusting to here someone so out of touch try to make it out like inflation is down and there are not millions of British people suffering in the cost of living crisis. This is insane to me especially when I checked the average salary for this same man is a little over £35k. I can't believe someone would use an absolute lie to try and sell a flat to me. It is pitiful and it's clear people at Foxtons are the type of people who run our country to the ground by making property extremely expensive so no one can own their own home. It's pathetic. The problem starts with estate agents. What a disgraceful industry.

Soooo I was wrong about it. Two months later, we have issues with the house and the landlord so we reached out the agent for help.
But everyone is trying to dodge the bullet here.
It’s all like a fantasy until you signed the contract.
Once you signed it, the agent wouldn’t do much more about it. Just leave you with the landlords, in which the landlords were not being able to reach out at all. The house needs repairs, but all of the landlord and agents got ghosted.
Not replying messages as promptly as before, only reply selectively.
“There’s nothing we can do” “maybe you could try lettingsupports@foxtons” but still no reply or whatsoever.
Very disappointing with the service, with the staff, with the entire experience.
Just don’t fall for that please.

I want to thank Suganth, his predecessor Yasseen and the whole of Foxtons New Malden, Kingston and Wimbledon negotiators for their hard work, dedication and success in letting our property. We're first time landlords who wanted to let out our 1st property after an onward purchase. Our onward purchase fell through 3 times and took over 1 year for us to finally move, during this time Yasseen constantly kept in touch in a friendly manner on WhatsApp, helped me with rental valuations for mortgage purposes multiple times as the market has changed and increased during this time and EPC etc., he left the office in autumn 2022 and Suganth took over, he's equally capable and passionate, after 1 year finally we can launch the property for listing and viewings after we exchanged just before Christmas (not the busiest for the property market). Oh wow, then the viewing is none stop, and from all different offices! Even before the property hit the website there were already 10-12 viewings, there were also many video viewings these days and one of them resulted in an offer straight away. We learnt the rental market is fast and not all offers result in contracts, but in the end the team successfully found us great tenants with larger than average combined income, great contract length and move in dates, and at full asking price. During this period we briefly tried out another big chain agent cos they claim to have a bigger market share and are a bit cheaper (K*H) and soon we realised what a mistake it is! The number of interests generated from the other agency compared to Foxtons is just a joke and the negotiator from K*H was pressing so hard for me to accept the first offer he ever received after only 1 day of viewing, which was 9% below asking and with a very weak income. It just proves not all estate agents are created equal, some are just interested to get a deal done as quickly as possible and take their commission, and some are going to fight for your interest to find you the right tenants, for the right price and terms, even it means it creates more work for them and takes more time. For me, Foxtons is definitely worth it! Thank you again Suganth and everyone!

If you want the property agent go and find Adam here. We had a property which moved no where. As soon as we got Adam on board we had 10s, 20s viewing, with extreme speed we were able to complete. Do give a go, I promise you will be served and treated with great care. His expertise in many areas with property selling enquires means you don't have to spend hours on google or making easy mistakes that delays house selling. Shame theat 5 starts is not even enough to explain how Adam was. I would give 7 if I can. Best property agent we had in London from our 20 years experience. Hats off.

However the service provided by 1 of the 3 agents I dealt with was amazingly humble, very accommodating and delivered a high standard service which helped me in my search. As a renter in New Malden, it is really difficult to find a rental house. There is a shortage of housing, but there is a high demand for living in a pleasant environment in New Malden. There are many real estate agencies in New Malden, but I would recommend Foxtons. Foxtons has a lot of properties and there are several professional agents, so smooth viewing is possible. Rachel was the Foxtons' agent and kept in touch with me until I found a house. She was also committed to ensuring that the contract with Landlord was well executed when I found a house I liked. Eventually, the contract was successful and my family is able to stay in a good house at a reasonable price. Thank you very much Rachel.

I couldn't disagree more with these wonderful comments. Beware! In this office some workers are suffocating, racist and in bad manners. My experience with them has been disastrous. If you are the owner who wants to sell the flat or you are the future owner who wants to buy a flat, they will try any trick to take commission. But if, consequently, you are the person who lives in the apartment and you have to open the doors of your home to facilitate the sale to your owner, the experience is hell. They only move by juicy commission and forget moral ethics.

My name is Florin Marian,Iam glad you asked me to sent you my impression about Foxton Company. 13 years ago when I bought my home, I asked help from Foxton in Kingstone, I met an English lady working for the company which she showed me 3 apartments very small in very noisy location, I wasn't happy with them and I didn't buy any of them, the young lady accused me that I didn't know what I wanted, " she told me she loose her time with me because I didn't buy any of them. That was very rude and unprofessional of her, I was very upset and I didn't want hear about Foxton anymore. After that I changed to a company to Your Move they were nice and professional after viewing 5 to 6 houses I found a nice house sweet able for me. Last year I sold the house, and now I'm looking for a new house to buy. Besides other Companies I tried Foxton again with not much hope in them. This time i met Miss/ Mrs Laila D she is a very nice pleasant professional young lady, very helpful and hard working person, I don't have computer neither skilled in Computers. She told me that wasn't a problem and she told me she would help me to find the house I want.I have been to her office three times and spent time on the computer searching for a sweet able house I want. She pays attention to my wishes, takes notice of what I want and she shows me on the computer many houses to choose from and also gives me some smart advise. She has invited me to view a couple of houses, she is very professional she answers me all questions I ask to her.
She also drive me for viewing with a company Car, which is VERY VERY helpful for me because I'm 63 years old and have heath issues, because I don't have Computer I know the young lady dose more work for me compared to other clients
For that way I want to highlight her hard work and determination to every customers of Foxton.
That means Foxton improve a lot from the last experience.
I don't know if I will find the house I want through her,but i was very pleased to meet such a professional and qualified worker.

My property was sold by foxtons with the tenants, but they have never refunded me the money for the tenancy commission fee that i have paid for a year upfront worth about 1.5 months of rent, they were very misleading about it. Watch out as this is not the first time they have mislead me. They have also extended my tenancy contract automatically without me having to sign the extension documents just as i have signed when i first let it. It was very misleading and i am not happy with the service.

I cannot speak more highly of Adam Broholm and his team at Foxtons New Malden. We chose sell our home through Foxtons. What stood out was the service Adam Broholm, sales manager at the New Malden branch, provided.
From day 1, Adam took the time to hear our thoughts about our property and recognised its value. He provided weekly updates on website traffic and viewings and kept us up to date if he was away. Initially our first buyer pulled out (due to personal reasons) and he was responsive, and sympathetic and really tried to find immediate solutions. He took every single call I made to him and listened to our anxieties around the sale falling through.
Our day to day agent was Azra and she continued to market our property. What I loved about Azra is that she listened to the detail I gave her about our property and passed that detail on to each person viewing it with pride and understanding about how it gave character to our home. Both Adam and Azra worked tirelessly to find us a second buyer.
At this time, we had some significant time issues to exchange and complete quickly due to our ongoing purchase and expecting our third child. Adam really understood this urgency, and it felt like he moved mountains to facilitate our timeline. He worked with the buyer and their solicitor, communicating several times a day to progress our sale. It felt as though he treated the sale as his own personal sale and he was dedicated to getting it done. He would contact the relevant solicitors on a daily basis (often out of hours) and escalated at times where needed, without prompting from me. He would then immediately update me - often several times a day. He intuitively found solutions to any road blocks we faced and kept in close contact with us on a daily basis. We really got that sense of him being our personal agent and that he was committed to facilitating the sale for us. With his approach and managing our sale, I was able to confidently feel reassured that things were in hand. He absolutely took some of the stress away from selling a property.
When you buy a property, as an individual and a family, it’s a big life event. Adam really understood that and became part of that process with us. It felt as though he was committed to us achieving our sale. This was particularly useful during the process as I was working in a busy hospital and often didn’t have time to answer the phone or chase things up. He recognised the challenges around my working hours and would find other ways to update me e.g WhatsApp or deal with things with the solicitor himself, copying me in. Throughout the process, he was trustworthy, sincere, dedicated, open and worked immensely hard for our sale.
We are so very grateful for Adam’s commitment and approach to our sale. We have never seen this commitment with other agents or agencies and would recommend Foxtons and Adam’s team to everyone in New Malden. The dedication and personal approach they provide ensures you get the price you want in the timescale you want and takes a lot of the stress out of selling your property. Thanks again Azra, Adam and team- the service you provide is exceptional and for us, you made our sale possible.

I requested a viewing of a property A and I was offered to view several other properties around on the same day. A negotiator named Francesco was helping me with viewing and finding suitable property for renting.
Strangely he was strongly recommending this specific property which had the whole interior refurbished but not yet been listed on Foxton.
Property was beautiful that is something that I cannot doubt and apparently I was the first to view the house. During the negotiating, Ive asked him to find out if landlord is willing to negotiate the rents. Even before this property went live on their listing, he told me that the property will be listed at £2450 per month but I offered 2250 per month to landlord.
Next day he came with an answer from landlord which was ‘Landlord is not ready to negotiate the price yet as I was the first one to view but if I agree to £2400pcm then we can get into paperwork and sign on the day’
Ive told him that I will view few more around and make decision.
2 days later, I see this property listed at £2250 on another agency and not even on Foxton.
I was just speechless.

The New Malden Foxtons team has been superb with helping us sell our house. When we visited their office they were able to arrange a valuation that same day in the evening and were quick to get the process started. The house had been my mother's and I had only just moved in to help her sell it, as she was mostly abroad. Knowing that the house had not been occupied for a long time nor taken well cared of, we didn't have any high expectations. When Steven came for the valuation however, he recognised beyond the house's poor conditions and saw the potential it had for development and told us about Foxton's network of property developers not just in New Malden, but around the country that they could get in touch with. We actually had a valuation with another agency prior to this, and they hadn't mentioned anything about the house's potential and valued the house at 200,000 less. After signing the contract, Steven and Azra were quick to arrange viewings, and Azra had developers coming in to look at the house and the land, almost every week, making a wide range offers. They always kept us up to date on the progress of the house and were always a pleasure to speak with. Selling a property is a stressful and long long process, and meeting the right team and right people could really make the difference to your experience. Our case was quite unique and we had a few complications on the way with our buyer, but Steven was very efficient and his efforts made a huge difference in maintaining good communication between the buyer and myself, and our solicitors. Eventually we sold the property at I would say much higher than the current market price. I admit we were very lucky, yes, but if we had gone with a different agent I don't think we would have been able to target the correct buyers nor sell the house at anything near what we got. To anyone looking to sell their property, definitely consider Foxtons for a valuation. And Good luck!

Went through Foxtons for a rental property in May. Francesco was brilliant throughout the process. He took the time to show me 5 properties and they all met our needs. Found the ideal flat along the way. Foxtons are very professional and Francesco was very accommodating and efficient.

Unprofessional and manipulative. This branch has appalling service provision for tenants. They are not worth your time or money, there are way better letting agencies out there, I suggest you use them instead.

We had a brilliant experience with Foxtons New Malden and Surbiton offices who assisted us in finding and buying our property. Viktor and Steven were absolutely wonderful, efficient and knowledgable. We completed in very quick time as a result of Viktor and Steven’s hard work and their customer service was second to none.
Viktor and Steven made our experience significantly less stressful and I would absolutely recommend Foxtons New Malden and Surbiton offices and will be using them should we need to sell or buy in the future.

So I didn't have intention of selling my property, but then Foxton called saying, "we are moving to your area and offering 0% on sale are you interested?" Of course I was one of the last to sign up, I thought why not let's just put it on the market see what happens. Then suddenly I get told I have a cash buyer offer looking to complete ASAP! My property went up in price and then with the 0% I saved myself a £8000 fee if not more. The guys at Foxton were great. Giving me the best advise and really helping me push things along. Adrian was lovely and his supporting staff too. I would 100% recommend the new Malden branch of Foxton to anyone!

Had a fantastic experience with our negotiator who was based in the Wimbledon office. However once we were under offer and having used the recommended services of Foxtons, the office continued to show the property to other buyers in the hope of getting more money (we offered the asking price) and eventually took instruction to fully market the property again in the hope to achieve more money.This lead to us losing money for searches and the mortgage survey as well as nearly two months of our time. Shocking service from what should be a top agency.

I was very impressed with the advice I was given by the New Malden staff of Foxtons. I was dealing with Mano mainly however Mano was able to call on his colleague while he was away so that we could view the property the next day. This was useful as we could view it and make an offer at the earliest. I was also impressed with the way that the viewings are clustered together so that I could view a number of properties at the same visit, especially I was travelling more than 40 miles from Hampshire to view the properties. Mano's colleague, Cath, in Kingston was also very helpful to arrange a number of viewings similarly. I know that there was a lot of effort in the background to arrange viewing together coordinating with landlords and tenants. I very much appreciated it.

Many people have preconceptions about Foxtons, and I must say we were no different. They are in fact incredibly professional, friendly, motivated and hardworking. They go above and beyond what is expected of them. Our house was sold within a month of instruction and I have no doubt it was as a result of the hard work and dedication of the team.
