Hamptons provided a first class experience from start to finish – we highly recommend them. I was living in a property that is managed by Hamptons International in Twickenham for nearly 3 years, and I must say they are absolutely first rate. When I was first shown the property by a young chap called James King, I was immediately put at ease by his manner and professionalism. In fact to be honest I was treated like an old friend. I would often pop into the Hamptons office for various enquiries, whether it be to receive an updated print out of my rent for the year, or the time I locked myself out of my flat. The office staff always had time for me, nothing was ever a problem. I have since left the property that Hamptons manage. And in the run up to leaving the property I had been asked if it would be OK for potential tenants to view the flat, of course I said yes. A young stylish Hamptons letting agent called Lyndsey messaged me periodically to fix time and dates to view. I found Lyndsey to be fashionable, alert and to have that rare quality of having a people skill, making you feel like the most important person in the room, her voice dripping with enthusiasm, a distinctive character that can shape the outcome of an event. It's wonderful to see young people with such talent. In my last few days in the property I was contacted by a senior member of the Hamptons team, a lady called Shona Fraser. A totally delightful Shona explained to me the process of leaving the property, and liaised between the landlady and myself. It was all done in an extremely positive and relaxed manner. Judging from my review here I was indeed impressed with the staff and the way that I was treated. I was treated more like a friend than a client.

I was renting a property from that agency for 4 years I moved out one month ago there was made check in and check out report and everything was the same I’m sending the emails to my property manager to find out what’s going on with my deposit and still I didn’t get any information,the check out rapport was made one month ago the customer service is horrible I don’t recommend this agency at all I’m renting properties in London for 20 years and I never meet the agency like that!!! Even this one star rates is to much

My wife and I engaged Hamptons, with Olly Norris and James King as our two main points of contact in the Summer of 2018 to let our four bedroom house in Twickenham for three years, ahead of us relocating to Paris. We cannot speak highly enough of their tenacity, dynamism, professionalism and focus to bring the outcome we were all ultimately looking for. They made us feel comfortable straight away that they genuinely loved our home and would represent it in the most professional manner possible, and even though a deal wasn't arranged within a week or two, they never gave up and did everything they possibly could to take the process through to successful completion. Crucially, we were always made aware of viewings prior to them happening, and updates and feedback were always given in a timely, professional and respectful manner. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending both Olly and James, who have the added bonus of being a lot of fun to work with too.

I recently met Laylee from the Twickenham branch & am pleased to say that she stood head & shoulders above the majority of agents that I encounter on a regular basis. I had not used Hamptons before. But I found that Laylee had all the ingredients that I like to see in an estate agent; Great communication, good local knowledge, & a personality. The same cannot be said of all those that I have had to deal with, so I believe that she deserves the recognition for this. It is a breathe of fresh air to speak to an agent that can make you feel relaxed & always comes back to you. One that you can trust. Not to mention her 'can do' attitude. And this is important because not all transactions run as smoothly as you'd like. I run my own companies & it is important to recognise assets, & I believe that Laylee is a credit to Hamptons. In fact I am looking at another property later, solely because of this attitude. Hopefully that will be successful too.
