Very disappointing experience. I had a viewing booked for 3:25 pm and had travelled around 1.5 hours to get there. Before 3:00 pm, I called to let the agent know that due to Underground delays, I would be around 15 minutes late.<br>I was simply told that the viewing could no longer go ahead and that I should rebook for Monday or Tuesday, with no attempt to accommodate a slightly later arrival that day.<br>I understand that being late can affect their schedule, but I gave more than 25 minutes’ notice because the delay was outside my control. After travelling such a long way, I found the way this was handled extremely inflexible and disappointing.... Read more
