We have just purchased our dream house through Ian at Hunters Haxby and the service and support we received from Ian was first class. Obviously moving house can be incredibly stressful and unfortunately the sale of our house proved more difficult than we had hoped, but Ian's professionalism and guidance through constant communication was hugely beneficial and played a key factor in keeping all parties informed and enabling the the best outcome for all involved.

Our purchase from Hunters was straightforward whilst our corresponding sale was not. As we negotiated unforeseen hurdles, Ian Dunlop managed (mostly single-handedly) to oversee, to persuade and to chivvy along the entire chain in order to keep everyone engaged and optimistic that we would all eventually secure our new homes. Without his significant contribution we sincerely believe that the outcome might have been very different. Ian was very friendly and helpful assisting my Mum throughout the sale process,her property sold quickly and the video was fantastic but unfortunately the first buyer pulled out,Ian was able to get her another buyer almost immediately and at the full asking price.He was very reassuring and kept her up to date with regular phonecalls.My Mum and I would have no hesitation in recommending Ian and Hunters to sell your property.

Ian came round to our house and was extremely enthusiastic about our home. Ian has originally sold it to us 5 years previously and had done a great job then. We had made a lot of improvements over the years and Ian noticed them all. I instructed Hunters that day, and only a few days later it was OTM with a beautiful professional video. We had a number of viewings straight away and a number of offers. Ian guided us through the offers and we were very happy with the offer that we accepted. I have moved a few times, but this must have been the smoothest sale that I have ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble and Hunters were professional all the way through, from valuation to the day we moved out. Thank you Hunters for a great experience.

Ian's positive, helpful and responsive approach made our sale a really smooth operation. He produced an amazing 3D video of our house which was a great way to attract interest.
