Please mark properties as under offer on your website (which accordingly feeds into Rightmove) when that is the case.
It is really annoying that I have now – on three separate occasions – wasted my time calling up to be told they’re under offer, which I believe is a marketing ploy to get me to discuss other properties.
I have not found the same issue with the other London estate agents.
As a result I am avoiding properties marketed by Jackson’s.

Jordan is great!! He called me up when he found a property which was perfect for myself and my partner and provided excellent service. Unfortunately due to permissions around dogs with the leaseholder which the landlord hadn’t found out about prior to renting it out, we were unable to take on this property however Jordan was hugely apologetic and maintained really good communication throughout. I would recommend him as a letting agent (having had a pretty poor experience with agents in the past, he is a good one!)

My husband and I have been renting a house on Klea Avenue since February. When we first had a viewing, the house looked great, so we decided to offer even more than the asking price at the time. We were happy with the requirement of a 2 year contract as we also wanted some stability. We had such a great initial experience that we left a review here too. We moved in and there were some water infiltration issues and some water marks on the wall, which were recorded on the check-in report by an external company, and we were assured by Jackson’s that this was going to be fixed in the same week.
Our property manager, Manoj Sharma, has been very inefficient in dealing with this issue, and it has escalated a lot since then. We have mould growing in our wall since April and now we can’t use the bedroom anymore. On behalf of the landlord and Jacksons, Manoj has told us we have the option of having a 10-15% discount on our house for not being able to use our main bedroom. No compensation has been offered either for all the troubled health-hazardous months living under these conditions or for the future months to come.
Jackson is failing in protecting us as tenants. This has been an ongoing issue for 8 months and we might have to go to legal ways to assure our rights.

TLDR; Giles at Jacksons provided beyond perfect service from initial viewings through to completion day, granting much-needed stability in a chaotic purchase.
Firstly, Giles interpreted our requirements perfectly to suggest we see an additional property after viewing the flat I enquired about. The first flat was a miss, but his suggestion was exactly what we were looking for… I’m happy to report that a few months later I’m writing this review from my new living room!
During the lengthy purchase process, Giles proved an excellent mediator and was always available to check in and assist in unblocking crucial moments. We wouldn’t have made completion on time without him.
As a first time buyer the bureaucratic purchase process is extremely intimidating, but having someone like Giles in your corner makes all the difference.

So I have deleted my previous review. As things has changed....
We just moved into property let by Jackson's and it's been utter nightmare since getting keys.
Lots of things wrong with tge property which is not meeting the 1850 a month mark.
We feel we were let down by Melissa!! She was brilliant in communications. Up to a point when we moved in and found 10 issues with the property. Major issues like falling down broken fence that we were told it will be fixed. Lie! Not decorated. Both bedrooms have massive leak mark on the ceiling which we didn't see on the viewing. Broken garden door handle! Filthy cub boards and walls.... were told it was cleaned professionally- hardly!! Ada inside filthy! Old Sofa sitting on the street at the front which we were told 'was gone' obvs no one bothered from Jackson's to visit the property as they would see its sitting outside. Jackson's would know it's not up to the 'high standard' it was marketed as.
Been told lies about the neighbours and the landlord. We were reassured over and over and found everything's is falling apart inside incl mouldy u Dee floor boards,... could go on and on. We are stuck as were talked into 2 years fixed contract!! ???????????? Me and my partner wanted an upgrade from one bed flat what we got is terribly managed falling apart properly that no one cares about. Which all tge mistakes were not seen on viewing or not one told us the truth!! So just to advise you guys. Check check and check yourselves don't trust any agent!! Our worst experience ever!!! We wanted new chapter after covid 12 months nightmare and we moved into flat which makes us more unhappy... Melisa didn't bother replying back after week of emails about the issues in the flat!!! Thanks Jackson's for finding us a nightmare flat we cannot get out off or do anything about for absolute fortune of a rent!!!
It's not fair!!! We are decent people that expect a decent living conditions!! It's not fair they check your back ground etc... But on other side where is protection/ reassurance for tenants to make sure their rented property is up to scratch and managed well for the price we pay! We have not seen any checks made on the landlord and his employees... we have not heard the other side from previous tenants to see if it's good flat to live in.... we only start hearing now from around us what's been going on.... This should be illegal !! There's no protection for decent and reliable tenants from bad landlords and their badly looked after properties!!! Any advice!!!????

Dear Jackson's I ve never said you 'managed' this property. You 'let this property. You have known the landlord and I am sure the issues with this property from previous tenants! From the pictures above you see this flat should not been marketed at £1850/month! Melissa persuaded and re assured us to take on the 2 year fixed contract!! I was against it in case of this awful situation when landlord does not care about fittings and fixtures and repairs neither does he care about the standards of his property and it's repairs styles that's level of 10 year old child. If we agreed with the 12 month break clause we would be moving out this year!
Jackson's are responsible for letting the property and that is up to the standards they advertise is as!! But they did not, will not check its standards! Don't blame only the landlord. You have done terrible job!! We have rented before and so do know what agents are for and how they should check properties when let.
Now our oven isn't working, 2nd week. Landlord is refusing to fix it, we cannot get hold of his 'friend' who suppose to fix it for him!!!
Shower from upstairs flat has been leaking on /off since before we moved in. Previous tenants from top floor told us how long the shower leak has been going on. Our dear landlord has been refusing to get professional plumber and only fix it temporarily and the water finds its way again in few weeks!! 12 times over the past year he was trying to fix it. Always the same outcome!!
For the next time I will require full honest reference on the land

Until we dealt with Jacksons and started working with Paris, I'd never had a positive experience with an Estate agency before.
Within 9 days, myself and two friends had found the perfect property, viewed it, gone through all the checks and signed the contract. Much quicker and smoother then I imagined the process to be.
This, largely, was due to the excellent communication from Paris who explained the process to us clearly, answered all of our many, many questions and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole timespan of negotiations.

Very receptive to reasonable requests and, when we found a fault with one of the roofs, he organised a very speedy repair which was done to a very high standard. These guys have a background in chartered surveying which helps massively - much better than countless other agencies we were searching with before we found them. Straight forward. No-one can make selling a home easy but Phil comes pretty close.
