In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

Hamptons helped me purchased a flat before Christmas. Jack and Adams were quite professional and timely responsive to my queries or concerns. It was a great experience having them in this purchase. I worked with Ben at the Canary Wharf lettings office to rent out my property. He was extremely professional, honest, handled my emotions well as a newbie to this whole process, advised me on what to do and madd me feel completely at ease. Due to his competence and focus my property was successfully let within 24hours. I would recommend Hamptons to anyone who is happy to let the letting agents just get on with their jobs without being micro-managed. They are on the ball and fully understand the peaks and troughs of the rental market.

I would really recommend Adam and Jack if you are looking to sell your property. They moved quickly when I initially enquired with them, they were open to negotiation, took a commercial approach to matters and never pressured me into anything (which I felt like other agents tried to do). They always kept me updated on viewings, status of matters and offers. There was an issue with the initial floor plan being incorrect but they quickly rectified the problem. They were also a great help once it got to the legals stage - they followed up with the buyer regularly, recommended great solicitors, and responded to my emails/calls very quickly. Would 100% recommend.

We recently sold a flat in E14 through Jack. When Jack pitched the sale to us he promised - good service, clear communication and honesty all of which he delivered on. We flagged that we want to get the flat on the market ASAP and he was able to arrange for photographer, marketing materials and everything else in 2 days. We interviewed a number of estate agents who promised a higher valuation. Jack was mindful that we wanted to transact quickly and was able to price the house for sale - rather than keeping it on the market for a long time. I've been renting for the past 10 years and honestly couldn't praise them enough - been dealing with the team for about 4 years as I've found a new home in Canning town in 2018. I have to move for unfortunate personal circumstances but would've stayed for how amazing they were at every little thing from onboarding, to light bulbs, to moving out. Particularly Laura, Eithne and Harry have definitely made my stay in my home truly feel like a home without any hassle. Sad to be leaving the place more because of how amazing the team has been.

Would avoid for renting. Lots of lies to get you to sign the lease, and the property management afterwards is very poor. There are better agencies in Canary Wharf or try to rent from a private landlord instead.

Goodness, where to even begin? The sheer resilience, persistence, and innovation Hamptons used throughout this whole sale was unbelievable. We’re in a time period where selling flats is extremely difficult due to the EWS1 crisis. Hamptons took on every challenge head on, and here we are today with our successful sale despite a thousand obstacles.
Dan, Laura but most especially Jack exhibited the best of estate agency- as a client that unwavering dedication kept us going even when times seemed pretty dire. A huge bravo to the team, you essentially achieved the impossible.
I would not hesitate to recommend - if you want a personable, tireless team to represent you- Hamptons in Canary Wharf is your only option.

The Hamptons International agent Mr Jack Levitt provided extremely good service to introduce all the potential properties that in the area we wanted and within our budget. Taking us to show the apartment that we keen and led us successfully to agree the price and kicked off the legal proceedings. Although eventually it did not work out, however, we are extremely appreciated for Jack’s support all the way in the process. In fact, I have told my cousins, the experience dealing with Jack. They both are keen to consider buying a property in London whom I passed Jack’s contact to them. They would approach Jack after selling their properties in HK.

We recently bought an apartment in CW through Hamptons. Obviously our experience was as buyers rather than clients, but it was a pleasure dealing with Jack through what was a bit of an epic and at times tricky transaction, mainly due to third party inertia beyond the control of either ourselves and the vendor. He showed excellent judgement and awareness of difficult and turbulent market conditions and kept the sale on track through some challenging moments. Having attempted to work directly with some of the developers operating in CW, dealing with a proper agency like Hamptons was a MASSIVE relief.

There was a property I wanted to view listed through the website. Had to call back twice to arrange a viewing (I understand it may have been a busy time, but I’ve never had to follow up with agents just to ask for a viewing). Availability was quite restrictive, but I wanted to see it ASAP, so I went during the workday. I texted the agent to let him know when I arrived for the viewing, and received an email (not call or text) exactly one minute before the scheduled viewing to say they cancelled it because the tenant won’t let us in.
1) I don’t understand how you wouldn’t know until one minute before a viewing that you can’t get in. Even if that were the case, surely the agent would be at the property by then and tell me in person, or at least call.
2) The property was advertised as brand new and ready to move in, so how could there even be a tenant? All the pictures also showed an empty flat, so I can only assume they were quite outdated. Unsure what the reality would have been if I had seen the flat.
Unlike what the response below says, I replied back asking for another viewing and the agent never replied. Not worth more hassle for what are apparently falsely-advertised properties.

Found my ideal flat in Canning town with the help of William H of Hamptons. It was the 2nd property William showed me and it ticked all the boxes.
