I recently had the pleasure of working with Hamptons estate agents on Fulham Road, and I can confidently say they are the best in London. The entire team is highly professional and efficient, making every step of the process straightforward and seamless. Hugo managed my property, and his expertise and attention to detail made everything smooth and stress-free. I’ve rented through many other estate agents over the years, but none come close to the level of service provided by Hamptons. I cannot recommend the Fulham Road team highly enough—if you’re looking for exceptional estate agents in London, Hamptons should be your first choice.

We were lucky enough to be dealing with Emilie Antoine at this branch. The first flat she showed me wasn't right, but she really listened to what we were looking for and came back with a different flat that I loved (but sadly my husband didn't). Undaunted, she found us another flat that was outside her immediate area and it was perfect! She has been a total joy to deal with from beginning to end - attentive, proactive, calm, considered, thoughtful, totally professional and helpful with no hint of pushiness and I only wish all estate agents were as good as her! I can't recommend Emilie highly enough.

In summary - not all estate agents are the same! We brought Hamptons in at the turn of the year to bring additional oomph to a sales process that another top tier local agent had been running for 3 months. Nick, Emilie and team really stood out for the urgency and proactiveness they brought to the instruction, and in particular their client care (daily updates, etc) which stood out against the competition. Nick's advice was well considered and his (justified) confidence infectious. Suffice to say that they were able to start their marketing campaign within days of being instructed, and a week later they'd received a clutch of new offers at a decent level. Their support and attentiveness through to exchange and completion was also top notch. Well done and thank you.

Unfortunately had a critically poor experience renting with Hamptons. Despite having moved out 5 months ago I am yet to receive my deposit in full, owing to an administrative error which the liability has been passed onto myself the customer to bear.
Very poor customer care with Hamptons, namely Silvana Borja, no longer responding to communications. Which in all fairness, is probably as helpful as their previous responses.
Prospective tenants and landlords please consider before choosing to use their services.

We had a great experience with Colette Laurent from the Hamptons lettings team in Chelsea. She was incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the entire process which led to us getting the apartment which we hoped for. She really went the extra mile to assist us and what very responsive. One example: we just moved to London from abroad and came to the apartment late at night (way after work hours) to give us the keys to the Property. We recommend you to give Hamptons estate agents as call for you next property search!

Hamptons Chelsea (Vasilis and Paul is who we had to deal with) are a disaster, the mistakes they made were exhausting and numerous. Just a few examples: wrong start date on the contract (which they did not amend and made us pay for the extra days we didn’t need); then failing to arrange the furniture to the flat for the start of the tenancy, our landlord was very unresponsive throughout the tenancy and hamptons completely failed to support us with the issues that came up. Many thanks Vasilis and Paul for ignoring both our calls and emails on a regular basis.
We are currently in the process of moving out of the flat and I am honestly terrified of what’s next. This is probably the most unpleasant company I ever had to deal with and I deeply hope I never come across hamptons again.
Edit: actually Paul contacted us and explained that we are not his clients and he doesn’t work for us. So I guess this company is great for landlords, but if you are a tenant AVOID this like fire.

AVOID Hamptons Estate Agents!
Hamptons International Estate Agents should no longer be able to get away with their unacceptable, unethical behaviour. If you want a FAIR estate agent, it is much easier to look elsewhere. Do not waste your time with these cowboys.
After investing time into viewing and making an offer into a property, we were hinted this was the highest offer (something the agent said said he was not allowed to tell). We were then told we would have an immediate decision, and that it would likely be accepted because it was the 'highest'. 2 days later, we were told that we were outbid by the same people we had apparently out bid a few days earlier. Go figure...
This unethical behaviour will certainly keep their Letters happy, but will catch up in the long run when those trying to rent realise that Hamptons International Estate Agents are nothing more than a greedy Ebay rip-off.
Don't waste your time, move on!

This estate agent does not deserve even a one star rating. My sister and i was appalled by the service provide by the team at Hampton International. They were not very understanding, and the quality of customer service was very poor. They were not helpful and would not recommend them to anyone. I am very disappointed.

Excellent Service: I looked for a 2 bed rental near school earlier in the Summer, however I am disabled so needed specific requirements within my budget. With the help of many different letting agents, I looked across most of South West London. Many properties shown were wholly unsuitable; the agents hadnt fully understood my disabled requirements eg 3rd floor apartments without lifts when stairs are a problem.
I was despairing of finding anywhere. I was tired and espondent but persuaded to try one last letting agent, which was Hamptons. I walked in weary and expecting nothing, but instead was greeted by Christopher Griffiths.He was attentive and actually listened to my requirements. He made me feel he was acting for me rather than try to offload anything onto me (as some other lettings agents had). Chris then showed me details of a property that not only appeared suitable, it was eminently suitable. It met all of my specific requirements. He arranged an immediate viewing and from then on he and the team ensured the letting process went smoothly and quickly.
The move progrssed smoothly and have bren here happy and settled since. In fact one visitor recently said the apartment could have been built for me. I have no hestitation in recomending Hamptons International Lettings in general and Christpher Griffiths in particular for the excellent service I received and who made an unsettling process go smoothly.
