We had no hesitation in instructing Charles Olver from the Knightsbridge office to manage the sale for us. And we are delighted we did. Charles was a superb, hands-on coordinator. He gave us a realistic estimate of what we might reasonably expect to achieve and within what time frame. He organised a swift and efficient photo-shoot, asked for our input on the publicity material and pulled together a fantastic team from your local offices, all of whom he personally introduced us to, who would show the flat. He gave us regular updates on how the viewings went. And, within a week, he achieved a sales price well beyond what we had envisioned. Charles held his nerve, talked us through the various options available to us and guided us through what was a trying period. His strategy worked in spades and we exchanged today. We cannot praise him and his team more highly, more highly for the outstanding service we have received from each of them. Estate agents, like bankers, all too often are at the receiving end of criticism. Our experience has been quite the contrary and we cannot commend Charles most highly.
