Our property search made us realise how much we like our own house and are not ready to move yet, but what struck us about working with Jactina and Adam is how well they look after potential buyers. Chloe was simply superb. We had a very difficult sale with particulars that where not straight forward. What you need is a negotiator with the nouse, experience and drive to follow up with other professionals such as solicitors and ensure the sale goes through. We were very pleased with the service we received from Knight Frank while buying a property in Chiswick.
We dealt primarily with Oliver Spanswick who was a pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to get us access the property both before and after our offer was accepted, quite often at short notice. This was really important to us as the property is currently empty and requires complete modernisation so we needed to be able to show it to architects and surveyors.
Oliver also provided frequent updates throughout the process and was very attentive to our needs. Above all else, it was refreshing to deal with someone who was very respectful and polite; and not pushy as can often be the case.

Superb service for completion of a house purchase in record and challenging timings. Oliver Spanswick has been a fantastic support throughout the process. Very responsive, dedicated and always available (even on a Sunday or day off).Especially when things do not get the way you expect the team will try to find a solution and support with professional knowledge and fair guidance .They definitely do a favour to their industry which doesn't always have the best of reputation. Andrew Wilkins who first showed me the house and helped through tough times, has also been a real gentleman and very supportive. I would have probably not been able to buy the house in record timings (and thorough due diligence ) without such a dedicated team, partners included. Even after the completion I still receive the necessary advise if needed . I can only hardly recommend this agency. People always make the difference and Knight Frank Chiswick team definitely made the difference.

The team at Knight Frank Chiswick guided us through a very tricky purchase to a successful outcome with professionalism and aplomb. Along the way they defused countless booby traps that, in less experienced hands, could have blown the whole thing sky high. Andrew Wilkins, in particular, must be complimented for his continued readiness to go beyond the call of duty. It really made all the difference to have a proactive estate agent who spotted, and dealt with, problems in advance. Experience, keeping in contact, an easy manner - all this meant the stress levels were way down on my previous dealings with estate agents.

The team of Ramsey, (whose Husky cross was my first introduction on Acton Green), Andrew and Louise at Knight Frank, Chiswick, were excellent at all stages of the selling process. We had a 5-bedroom house in Bedford Park, which they sold at a time when the market was not that propitious. At the beginning , they put together a brochure which highlighted the best aspects of the house, both in pictures and in the text. During the marketing process, they kept us comprehensively briefed on the clients who wanted to go round the house, and to their responses during and after the visit.
At offer stage, they kept all parties in touch with each other in the fraught process leading to exchange and made sure that the process was proceeding smoothly. In the stage between exchange and completion, the team continued to provide sound advice at all times and facilitated the final aspects of the transaction.
I would highly recommend them to any prospective seller (and buyer).
