Hi, one of the worst estate agents ever, i was one of the first person to call for a 2 bedroom flat in crouch end. Called everyday for updates that none was able to give me. never called back as they promised for information i was asking. finally when I called and got to speak to Shannon who was the lady i was dealing with, she said:" oh yes! we had viewings already and offers are in as well"for the ones who are looking for renting at the moment do not count on this estates agent, and dont forget they are always extremely busy!!... Langford Chase was the second estate agent I worked with to sell my flat. I must say that working with Adam was fantastic. He went above and beyond to ensure a successful exchange/completion. Having is his local insight was critical and also the ability to speak with him 24/7. He took care of everything and also helped me with multiple items which were not in his scope of work. Langford Chase have been the managing agents for my property for the last 4 years and have done an absolutely brilliant job. Adam Thomas has always gone above and beyond the call of duty answering any silly questions I might have had. He responded instantly to emergency calls on Boxing Day when we had a leak coming from a neighbouring flat and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in getting it all fixed. Costs and bills have always been clear and reasonable too. Totally recommend.... Read more

Langford Chase can be very proud to have a professional and personable real estate manager like Adam Thomas. We met several agents when we put our flat on the market and decided to go with Adam. We never regretted it. His qualities are shining through. He is no bullshitter. He works hard, always keeps you informed and really walks the extra mile to get you the best deal. Langford Chase helped me find the great flat in West London that I have now being living in for a year. While flat hunting, I contacted a number of estate agents but found that none was as helpful and accommodating as LC. Since living in the flat, staff have continued to be friendly, fair and extremely prompt in dealing with any issues or queries I have had. This is really rare to find in the extremely competitive London property market. Langford Chase are friendly, personal, and altogether far preferable to the big, ugly, greedy chains that plague so much of the rest of London. We've rented a flat for whom LC have been acting as agents for 3 years now and they've always been courteous, prompt and empathetic in dealing with any difficulties, they were quite reasonable and decent in dealing with fees and deposits when we first moved in and I'd wholeheartedly recommend them - as I already have done to many friends - if you're looking to move anytime soon....
