They don’t care about tenants, complained about poor conditions and yet when I finally said no more and moved out I was penalised and charged for it plus extras that were not even caused by me. I’m sure the landlord will be having a great time laughing with my money and not doing anything with the problems that are there.

Enquired to view a rental property a few weeks ago, was told by Bobby that I would be given a call when access to the property had been given. Just looked on the property listing to see the let has now been agreed - really not very nice to find out this way. Very poor communication after being told I would hear back. Wouldn’t recommend.

Appears as though they are great for landlords but not for tenants. Property manager rude, dismissive and does not care. Been waiting for nearly 2 weeks for a refund of my deposit. Landlord confirmed 100% to be refunded but they needed me to confirm that amount too. Why would I argue that amount?! After living in the property for 3 years and looking after it well this is how I’ve been rewarded. My advice would be to speak to anyone but Freya. After confirming 3 times for the amount to be paid and the bank details, she still didn’t process the refund and blamed the accounts department for missing it. My thoughts are she couldn’t wait to finish work for the bank holiday weekend and didn’t send it through to them. Head office seem useless and uninterested too so wouldn’t bother with the company as a whole.
