I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mia at Mann Lettings for her outstanding support throughout our recent search for a new home.<br><br>From the very beginning, Mia was incredibly patient, understanding and professional. Our application involved some challenges, particularly while we were trying to arrange a guarantor, but Mia remained patient and supportive throughout the entire process.She communicated with us consistently and kept us informed at every stage, which made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable.<br><br>Mia was always approachable, professional and willing to answer our questions. She made sure we understood where we were with our application and kept us updated until everything was successfully completed.<br><br>When it came time to collect the keys, Mia continued to demonstrate the same level of professionalism and kindness. She handed over the keys with such warmth and professionalism and made sure we knew that if we needed anything, we could contact her or the Landlord.<br><br>Finding a home can be a stressful process, but Mia made the experience so much easier through her patience, communication and genuine support. Callum from the Sutton branch is literally the best. GPees is on the tenants side and you can tell with every step if the process. He was aware of our needs, there was no pressuring tactics like you might see in other letting agencies. Callum was empathetic to our needs and understanding of our timings and found the perfect place for our family. Would highly recommend!

Have used Mann for several years now. Excellent service, friendly staff. They have always been open and honest about tenants, and any shortcomings in my property that needed rectifying, and have never let me down. Mia one of the current staff was really helpful over a difficult re-let with unexpected delays owing to repair work required. The new tenants have also praised her handling of the tenancy and how she supported them along the way.

I had a really positive experience with Melanie. She was very professional, friendly and helpful when showing me the two-bedroom property. She was punctual, knowledgeable about the property and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed.<br><br>It was a pleasure dealing with her, and she made the whole viewing process very easy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Melanie to anyone looking for a property and appreciate the excellent service she provided.
