Everything was good up til the property was sold SST, we then found that we couldn’t get any response to any questions we had, I emailed almost a week ago with a question and just no response.

Am not one to normally give reviews, but where i have received an outstanding customer service, I will be sure to post a review because I want you to experience the same and extinguish all your worries. Mann estage agents were not only fantastic at selling my house in under a WEEK of it going live, but their mortgage broker Jake Owen, provided such an amazing customer service that I appointed him as my broker after speaking with numerous. Not only did he get me the amount I needed to secure my future home, but he provided me with regular updates, was quick in the application process, sourced the market for the best and right deal, reassured me on the times I felt nervous that any deals will fall part. He was able to deal with the mortgage lenders effectively and responded to all their requires.<br><br>He took his time to understand my situation and tailored a service that felt personal. I honestly felt like he was a good friend at the end of the process. I trusted his approach and advice and felt confident to proceed.<br>Don't just take my word for it, its worth you experiencing his service to appreciate. For an indecisive person, I was very certain to use Jake Owe .<br><br>Special shout out to Jeff and Charlotte at the Mann Chatham branch for also selling my house so quickly. Honestly if I am selling again, it will be Mann I use.

My partner and I had a viewing with Charlie and found him approachable and relatable. This was one of a few viewings we had and he has particularly stood out to us! Also as first time buyers he made us feel relaxed and had every answer to every question we had :)

My wife and I are in the process of buying a home in Chessington, and were lucky to have got Gascoigne Pees to help us with this journey.<br>Melissa Warner is the wonderful lady that has been tasked with doing this for us. She has been nothing short of amazing! The first time she met us, we were a bit sceptical on how she was going to treat us, but very quickly got to realize that she was not judging us, and treated us as if she had known us before- like family. She made us feel very comfortable around her and treated us like royalty. No exaggeration! I mean it. She had time to drive us between properties but also dropped us off at Chessington South Station, at her will. We never asked her. How nice was that? What else can someone do for one to be satisfied? Nothing more. Nothing can beat being treated with respect and utter professinalism. Melissa ticks all the boxes of a super professional. She is simply amazing to deal with.
