Great service and would definitely use again. I'm very big on being kept updated as well as being able to contact them. The phone was always answered within moments and if the person I wanted wasn't available, they would call back in a very reasonable time frame. The same with emails, they where always repsonded to very quickly. I experienced very different when trying to buy from other estate agents and having to leave a message with a main switch board and always having to chase. Mann was the complete opposite and played a big role in why we purchased our property and not one from another estate agent.
We had no issues throughout the process. Eva, Richard and Darren where all very helpful and polite each time we spoke and it was nice to he able to have a laugh with them aswell.
We went from offer accepted to completion within 9 weeks and Manns efficiency played a major role in that including answering the phone on a bank holiday which again, others we tried to contact didn't. Or ever called back Fryer leaving a message.

We have used Mann in Ramsgate for several years now and have been delighted by their personal and friendly approach. In particular we always enjoy dealing with Ms. Shannon Jones, who is particularly attentive and dedicated to outstanding customer care and also extremely diligent concerning the fine details of short-hold tenancies and property management. She somehow manages to offer all this whilst being not only extremely friendly, but also (whilst one respects that she is extremely busy), she is always available for telephone discussions and generous offers of advice, which is hugely appreciated by any landlord. We have a large property rental portfolio and recently turned our backs on a local competitor who have through their own sheer determination to do so, become so big an outfit that they have unwittingly lost all the personal one on one qualities they once had, and are now just a machine, where mistakes are made too often and you never speak to the same person twice.
You will never be treated like this at Mann’s.
Personal. Friendly. Efficient.
Ask for Shannon Jones, and you’ll never go anywhere else.

I would not recommend Mann Ashford. They were not pro active and did not keep in contact to let us know what they were doing in terms of our property. No one answered the phone. They were disinterested and all they wanted to do was reduce the price. Never phoned us we had to phone them. They achieved no viewings on our property. A very poor performance and no service.

Diabolical: I rent out my flat through Mann, and the service over the past year has been a shambles. They never answer their phone or emails, and I have had a endless list of problems trying to ensure the check out of the property is completed so the tenants can be returned any deposit. I pay high management fees but I always seem to have to constantly fix their mess.
Very high management turnover does not help the situation. Big security concerns including loosing keys and keys being left in unlocked drawers really make me loose all confidence in the company.

Nothing in life is perfect - things go wrong. It's how you deal with problems that counts. Courtesy, sympathy and promptness are hallmarks of a good agent. Look no further than Mann.
