Appalling service. No one gets back for weeks, I messaged their Facebook emailed rang and when you finally get number that person wants to pass a message on to someone else. I feel sorry for the landlord using this business their properties will be endlessly empty

Very unprofessional, we showed up for our booked viewing 10minutes before time booked, waited 1hour, called their phones both office and agent and they didn't even bother to answer or to come for the viewing. We specially took time off work for the viewing. It is very inconsiderate to show up late and not show up at all, wasting people's time. Rubbish service!

Absolutely appalling, agent booked in a viewing for us today 2.30pm, we showed up early, took time off work for it, waited 1full hour waiting and waiting for the agent to show up and show us the house. They did not show up and did not answer the 10 phone calls. Absolute waste of time, very inconsiderate and unprofessional!!

I rented a property very recently from Newcastle Lettings and dealt with a lady called Syma who I found to be extremely helpful. She was always easy to reach and would respond quickly. She handled all my queries and was always friendly and easy to talk to. The property itself was in great condition and overall a lovely home, I requested new carpets and this matter was handled the same day. Very pleased.

For 3 consecutive years this was my agency when I was living in Newcastle, Zabir and Andy were my very professional agents and whenever they had a problem in the house where I lived they tried to solve it as quickly as possible in addition to being very understandable and In trying to help in everything in the best way possible, very happy with the service they offered me during all those years.

The best letting agency I have ever dealt with - they are very nice people. They keep you updated about what is happening with finding you a property, they found me a lovely property which met my needs, they were very helpful and friendly. Thank you guys- FANTASTIC SERVICE!!

Disgusting properties. We were shown some of the most dirty, filthy, unkempt, properties we've ever had the misfortune to view! The cheek of the staff showing us round, acting as if nothing was wrong with these places. Grubby does not adequately describe the vast majority of the property stock this agency has. Absolutely shocking.
