I wouldn’t recommend this estate agents or their vile employees and I will advice people to stay away! They don’t check buyers paper work! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! They’re rude unprofessional, vile and disgusting people! My ex husband is dying of MND and they have made the past 4 months unbearable! They faked a sale on my house! Convinced us to take it off the market and the 2 months later apparently the buyer pulled out!!!! The two ladies working there are extremely rude and unprofessional! Wouldn't allow us to do check out at the end of tenancy even though it's advisable to. Keys have been handed back and we asked to be present for the check out stage so if anything was wong we could put it right. So no money came out of our deposit Marni said no to this and she don't have to tell us when it's been done. Now every website I've been on says as a tenant you should attend. Not recommend tp0 use this company if you want things done correctly.... Read more
