Do not use this company to rent with... quite happy to leave you weeks without an oven with small children... will happily rent a house out that has dodgy electrical repairs and sockets... will take half your deposit at the end of the tenancy - just because they can and give you ridiculous figures to cover it. Very bad customer service and attitudes within the office. Manager will never speak to you no matter what time of day you call they are always "too busy" or "not at their desk"... lots of other issues too but I can't write them all down individually... just avoid at all costs.... DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! fancy loosing all your money on a property that's not worth what you pay. Just lost half my deposit because you have to have professional clean and carpet clean. The property was clean when we go it. Spent 8 weeks without a cooker. They could not care less. Money grabbing thugs. I wish I had taken a photo of the spare bedroon when I put a uv light on it. Professionaly cleaned my arse. Avoid at all cost.... Read more
