I’ve been using Palmer Snell, Westbourne, to let my property since 2016.
Their service has been has been impeccable and I’ve never regretted their service.
They are customer and client centric and have a perfect balance between landlord and tenant.
They have found all my tenants and I’ll continue to use them.

Poor response rate to enquiries. If they can't answer simple requests I dread their service levels in person.

We have used Palmer Snell to manage our rental properties. They have been amazing from start to finish. They happily answered our questions and took time to explain things to us in detail. We were looking for a house and when we found it ....They ask us to pay the Commission fee on site on the phone to stop the house in the market....without tell us about the small writing...they took £450!!!! we then did not pass their credit check (Done with Noodle a free credit check website that is update every 3 years!!!!!! I could not register my self with the last 2 addresses!!!!) after saying they will help us to find a solution and maybe get some money back.......They never ever called again!!!! The answer was that my husband sign their paper...which he saw after giving them the money and trust them.....they are just sale people that will sell they dirty underwear if they can get money out of it!!!!! Disgusting!!!!!!!
