Zak and his team looked after my property sale and I must say their activity levels were excellent, communication was always there, I didn't feel the 'salesy' tactics and always felt listened to. I would have no doubt in recommending Zak and his team. Real people, no fluff and straight talking. Zak knew the market really well and is very good at his job. Cheers guys.

Myself and my partner have just bought a property in Canford Heath and over the 6 months it took to move into our property the Team at Palmer Snell have been nothing short of fantastic.
Grace Bennet is absolutely lovely, took us for our viewing and kept up with us, updating us at all of milestones along the way.
Shahob Sayaran is probably THE most helpful, proactive, and hands-on manager I have encountered both professionally and personally. Everything from helping our elderly vendor print and complete paper work, to escorting him to his solicitor so that the final pieces of paper work can be signed and always being just a few dial tones away, he truly has been exceptional throughout the whole process and we could not thank him enough.
Joshua Lewis is the Countrywide mortgage advisor currently residing in the Canford Heath Palmer Snell branch. We couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, helpful or enthusiastic advisor. If you have any doubts at all, he is absolutely worth every penny.
We have always been greeted with a smile and warm voice at the end of the phone (no matter annoying we (me) may have got). The whole team is a breath of fresh air and an asset at the forefront of the Palmer Snell Canford Heath Branch. They all deserve a raise!

As Palmer Snell is part of a larger network, they had to deal with a central office which delayed thing at times.
All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.
