Chose the Bedlington branch of RMS to sell a three bed semi in Bedlington, got viewers in, sold within a week. The process of using Bedlington RMS was hassle free, the only issue being the solicitors, so choose wisely there. But TBF that was not down to RMS, would certainly use them again if the need arose and can't fault their service.

Having put our home on the market with this team last October and then covid coming along, we almost took the house off the market just as lockdown was initially being lifted. Thank goodness we didn't, speaking with the team we were reassured they were still working behind the scenes and within a short space of time they had viewing after viewing for us!! The property I was selling was located in a nearby town. I would have preferred to use an estate agent who is based in the same town, however few advertise on Rightmove. Also, I prefer an estate agents with a high street presence. I want the option to visit an estate agents rather than speak to a call centre; hence my reason for instructing RMS.
Although, I ended up not selling my property, whilst it was on the market, I found Claire and her team to be professional, helpful and friendly. I was particularly impressed that they always sought feedback after a viewing and provided hints and tips in preparation for a viewing. I would definitely use RMS again.

RMS Bedlington were fantastic in supporting me with my first time purchase. My purchase ended up a bit more complicated and delayed than expected and the estate agents were always there to assist, very proactive and very responsive to any and all queries. They really will go out of their way to help you and make the experience as easy as they can for you. In addition, around a week after completing I came home to a "Happy New Home" card from the branch and that was just the perfect touch. Faye was extremely pleasant and very helpful; as were all the staff that we had dealings with. We had been to other estate agents and because we were looking to let whilst our home sells after our sale fell through we were treated poorly here we were treated with respect and felt as though they actually enjoyed helping us find a suitable property to live in. I would wholeheartedly recommend
