Didn't manage to sell my house. Tracey was lovely buy gave me little optimism for selling the house. Where other selling agents were giving more information about the current market and how other houses were selling which helped me a lot. Couldn't arrange for someone to do viewings a few times on weekends so therefore we ended up doing our own. Eventually we thought what are we paying them for therefore trying another agent.... Advice is terrible! Kept asking me to reduce the price of my house for a sale knowing that we wouldn't accept. Hardly got anybody through the door despite it being in an excellent location and a lovely home. Arrived late to do 2 viewings with a rubbish excuse. Also didn't bother to tell me when 1 of the viewers had cancelled so I wasted all day waiting for them. Never use again! We took our house off the market after using them... Read more
