Worst agency ever. They are very unprofessional, break into tenants house without asking, do not fix broken furniture and are very rude! They also cancelled the water/electricity supplies 2 months before we left because their files aren't up do date. When you left, they try to stole your safety deposit without any good reason. Thanks God, they must use an escrow to store this money and so, had nothing at the end. They guys named Matthew and jack are extremely rude, never answer their mails and the only task they can perform, is pissing you off. We mailed/called them on a regular basis during 1y and they never done their job. You should never, ever, deal with them.

According to WH Breading they now lying about me being a tenant - funny Ive been on the books for 6 years, denying my 1st class recorded letter of complaint received even though its was signed by JORDON to WH Breading & Son (Commercial) Ltd Sole Agents for The Official Receiver, Canterbury Bankruptcy & Liquidation Auctioneers, Valuers PO Box 93, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 3GH Ive had emails from Geoffrey W. Goodban the managing Director ! What a god forsaken awful company. Extremely bad customer service after 1 month still no acknowledgement of my complaint! Stay away people.

Completely incompetent, even for estate agents connells are notably shabby and unprofessional in their service. Due to their own fault myself and other tenant had been refused our deposit return, eventually over 4 months later after daily phone calls and emails they realised it was their error. Terrible handling of any situation, constantly passing you off to their main office in Maidstone or another colleague. In addition they seemed to struggle letting any tenant know when a viewing was to happen and would just turn up to the property unannounced, despite repeated pleas for them to contact us a day before as the law requires. I cannot stress enough DO NOT USE CONNELLS!

Dont know what the other reviews are talking about. I'm a tenant in Deal and recently had a few problems with my property. I called the Canterbury Hub and spoke to Ceri. Both Ceri and Sarah and Jade were extremely helpful and resolved my problem quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Brilliant service from all involved (especially Ceri, who dropeed everything to help me). I will definitely call again if I have any more problems with the house.

Superficially friendly, but mostly incompetent. Don't provide a good service to tenants. Wanted to find out specific details about the property before renting it. They promised they'd contact landlord to find out but only did so after 5th phone call to harass them. Tried to make us sign an inventory before we had moved in and thus before we had the chance to check the state of the property and its contents in detail. Explained I would not do this as it was a legally binding contract - they then rang my partner and tried to convince him to do it! They tried to play down the significance of the documents - if something in the house had been previously damaged and not mentioned on the inventory, we would have been responsible for it. It's a landlord's market, so you don't get to chose your agency as a tenant, but I'd recommend tenants stand their ground with these guys and check all documents carefully before signing anything. Moving out soon. Hope we get our deposit back without too much of a fight. If you're a landlord with any scruples, please consider using a different agency.

She has been very helpful in addressing all the financial issues, answering all the questions and paying all the bills on my behalf whenever she can.

Pure incompetence. Yes, I am a student but that doesn’t allow you to ignore my complaints and never call me back. The lack of communication between their collegues lead to my flatmate sleeping in my bed for 2 weeks. Either none of them knew the details of our property or landlord, or they simply didn’t want to deal with our complaints. I spent so much time and money on the phone and going down their trying to sort out the issues with our property despite paying them a £240 admin fee. Would never use them again.
