We bought our home from reeds rains and throughout the whole process, they were fantastic. Sophie was amazing at keeping us updated of the progress of the sale, and was always on hand to support and answer any questions. The rest of the team, Dean and Alex, were also great. Communication with the agency was easy and the staff were very helpful throughout the process. The only area that could be improved is the property advertising, which should be a bit better in terms of presentation and details.
