I went with Romans through a referral after having 5 months of no luck with another estate agent. Romans found a buyer in a record breaking time of 2 days securing an asking price offer!
The excellent service didn't stop there as they were always keeping me up to date on progress, pushing solicitors and facilitating communication between all parties was fantastic.
A massive shout out to Hannah, Luke, Jack and Thomas who made a painfully slow sale a whole lot easier.
I would 100% recommend this branch. There is always someone to take your call, give you an update and push the other party which is very important when trying to get the sale over the line. Thanks again Farnham team!

Brilliant experience from all the team at Romans for our house sale. Tom, Luke, and Jack kept us fully informed and updated at all times and were a real pleasure to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always available on the phone. We almost went with another company but are so glad that Tom won us over with his enthusiasm and energy. Jack was on hand at all times to answer questions, find out information and even pulled it out of the bag for us with a tricky sticking point in the ever stuffy English conveyancing process! A good friend recommended Romans and they have certainly lived up to that recommendation and been outstanding.
From the initial visits, photography and marketing the house details through to overall communication.
Tom has been professional and proactive throughout ably assisted by Jack and Luke. We have been updated regularly and consulted at all key times. Impressive work rate but always cordial and friendly.
Tom has been a key link man in the sale process which wouldn't have happened without his guidance.

We asked Romans to act on our behalf earlier this year and we couldn't have chosen a better agent.
Much of our initial search was down to an experience we had with a member of their sales team several years ago when we were looking to buy our first home. He was head and shoulders above the the other representatives from alternative companies.
Unfortunately when we came to sell our home he no longer worked in the Farnham branch but we needn't have worried as clearly either, he had left a legacy, or the company ethos was such that the good service remained!
I would like to make special note of Daisy and Luke who looked after us during most of the process and they were both professional courteous and as far from your "stereotypical estate agent" as one can be.
Honestly, as a salesman myself there is a running joke that estate agents and windows salesmen give the rest of us a bad rep, but seriously, Romans were incredible!
I have no hesitation in saying that they will be the first people I speak to if and when we decide to move again!

Tom Bowman will be shortly moving across from Sandhurst. I has been a absolute delight dealing with Tom from a sales and purchase perspective.
He has a professional yet charming approach, always on hand to help with queries. In terms of his knowledge of the property markets and areas surrounding Sandhurst, I would say they are second to none.
Overall it has been great dealing with Romans as whole in Sandhurst with a great team. I'm sure Farnham will benefit from this big player in the property seen.

I've recently bought my first buy to let which Romans sold me. This was not the first time I've dealt with Romans, I had the pleasure of dealing with them when I bought my residential property. Firstly this was not an easy sale, we encountered so many complications on the lenders side. You would think that after the sale the agents would wash their hands of you, not these guys. Paula and Simon stuck it out with me for 8 solid months, calling each other constantly, helping me chase brokers, lenders and solicitors and keeping the seller "calm". Yup it was gruesome but we had some laughs too which helped ease the frustration. Honestly, I think I would have lost the sale if it wasn't for them, their customer service was outstanding and I will definitely be coming back for more, this sale hasn't scared me off :)

Normally when you deal with people in "Estate Agents" you have to keep your guard up as they have a bit of reputation, this is not the case with James, from the moment he picked the phone up he was concise, professional and very well versed in his profession. Everything we asked of him was completed with ease, if he didn't know the answer he he picked up the phone and found it out. All of the lead times stated were true and some even surpassed what he had predicted. In short if you are looking for someone who manages their clients and business with complete professionalism then James fits the bill. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property in an ever changing market and I would describe him as a very approachable person. Keep up the good work and thanks for all the help.

Myself and my partner received a 1st class service from Joanne at Romans Farnham and the team.. After looking for a property for over 12 months with no joy we really didn't think there was a property out there for us. We viewed a property with Joanne who was really knowledgable of the area, and house. If she couldn't answer a question she would take the time to find out the answer. Nothing was too much trouble. Romans also have an after sales team in Reading who are also 1st class. We had a lady called Pauline who looked after us. She chased the solicitors and agents and often worked late to ensure everything was in order. We viewed our now home in September and were in by November and are thrilled. Keep up the good work Romans ????

It's not just the service that they offer that was so impressive but the team they have in Farnham, everyone that I dealt with were friendly, professional and would do anything and everything to help us with the sale.

I must sing the praises of James Duddridge at Romans Farnham. He showed us a property we were interested in a number of times and although we didn't choose to pursue that particular property he was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Often an agent has little knowledge of the property or the road. James had all the knowledge too hand, brochures at the ready, he had properly acquainted himself with the property he was showing in order to show it as its best. Something as simple as switching lights on on a dark day, opening internal doors so you can see views etc. We have seen a lot of properties in Farnham and I cannot say the same for a lot of other agents! Well done James. Very professional.

I have just sold my property in Farnham via Romans. They also did the negotiations for my new property in Devon. I have had a wonderful time, it has been stress free because the project manager has been on the case all the time, all I had to do was provide a clean and well presented house We did just one open day and luckily my property sold that day, it was fantastic. The project manager then started on the house I wanted to buy and within two days it was all done and dusted - they would even have helped me find a new home if I had not spotted one already. The whole process was pain free and really easy. Thanks guys. I would do it with you again happily and would certainly recommend the Romans way of doing things.
