I went with Romans through a referral after having 5 months of no luck with another estate agent. Romans found a buyer in a record breaking time of 2 days securing an asking price offer!
The excellent service didn't stop there as they were always keeping me up to date on progress, pushing solicitors and facilitating communication between all parties was fantastic.
A massive shout out to Hannah, Luke, Jack and Thomas who made a painfully slow sale a whole lot easier.
I would 100% recommend this branch. There is always someone to take your call, give you an update and push the other party which is very important when trying to get the sale over the line. Thanks again Farnham team!

Brilliant experience from all the team at Romans for our house sale. Tom, Luke, and Jack kept us fully informed and updated at all times and were a real pleasure to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always available on the phone. We almost went with another company but are so glad that Tom won us over with his enthusiasm and energy. And to top it all off, a wonderful over-asking price sale! Can’t recommend enough.

All of the team at Romans Farnham were wonderful. Jack was on hand at all times to answer questions, find out information and even pulled it out of the bag for us with a tricky sticking point in the ever stuffy English conveyancing process! Tom and Luke also worked together in the strong team they have and worked wonders. We were so pleased with them and cannot thank them enough for making it as smooth as possible ???????? Romans Farnham are the team you need in buying/selling your property!

I can not thank Romans Farnham enough for the whole process of selling our home. It has been very stressful but Tom, Luke and Catherine have been amazing. Luke was so dedicated to helping us find a buyer and I am pleased he sold our house. We then had Catherine help us once our house was under offer and she was amazing and kept us going, when sometimes we could have given up. If your looking to buy or sell go to Romans in Farnham. Amazing service .

I have had a particularly long wait to buy my dream house. It’s been a difficult path and we are still not there yet but I wanted to leave this review anyway because Luke has been amazing. For the last 11 months he has called me weekly with updates even when there was nothing to report, he has kept our spirits up when we were ready to give up and I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Luke for all you have done and are still doing for us ????

A good friend recommended Romans and they have certainly lived up to that recommendation and been outstanding.
From the initial visits, photography and marketing the house details through to overall communication.
Tom has been professional and proactive throughout ably assisted by Jack and Luke. We have been updated regularly and consulted at all key times. Impressive work rate but always cordial and friendly.
Tom has been a key link man in the sale process which wouldn't have happened without his guidance.
We can totally recommend Tom and his team to make your house sale a success. Thank you guys !

Very friendly and helpful agent in Farnham. The chap who valued the house and the sales person ‘Luke’ were both fantastic! Luke was especially enthusiastic which made the whole experience a great pleasure. Would highly recommend Romans.

Tom and Luke were both incredibly helpful when we found and offered on a property through Romans Farnham. We experienced a few hiccups along the way but we're now looking forward to moving into our new home in a fortnight. We'll certainly look to use Romans when we come to sell the house.
