Just sold our house with Ryder and Dutton
Ryan was very informative and professional and spot on with the valuation
We had lots of viewings and it sold quickly ,down to the great marketing
Jacqueline monitored the sale and it was very smooth
We had regular updates and the return emails were almost instant
All gone through now with no real stress or anxiety

Overall we were happy with the service from Ryder & Dutton. Our contact generally kept us up to date. We did not see much advertising and did have to ask for our updated photos to be changed online (winter to summer photos), We were supported though and given anything we needed when we asked. The girls in the office are friendly and always responded to our queries.

My partner and I purchased our new home through Ryder and Dutton and were helped through the process by Fiona. To say Fiona went above and beyond is an understatement frankly. We had a very complicated chain, and Fiona coordinated between all parties, solicitors and estate agents. She was amazing, communicated with us at all times and although sometimes the news wasn't great, she was still up front with us and informative. I can't recommend Ryder and Dutton enough. If the time comes for us to sell, it's the first place we will contact.<br><br>Update July 2026 - We have recently sold our property with Ryder and Dutton. We have now bought and sold through Ryder and Dutton with the same experience. They are fantastic and once again Fiona was brilliant. I cant recommend highly enough.

The valuation was more accurate than others and had a good understanding and knowledge of local sales and area.
Felt communication, advice and securing viewings could have been better once property had been on the market for six weeks. Time until agents were available for viewings once almost two weeks, so be sure to offer that you will do viewings if you are able to speed up getting people in
Better communication and speed since the offer of sale.
