We highly recommend the whole team at Ryder and Dutton Royton, special mentions for Tom, Michaela and Emmy. From putting on the market, finding our buyer and updates and communication through out the whole sale was outstanding with added care and compassion as it was my Dad's estate. Being an estate agent ourselves from a different area it was refreshing to come across an outstanding agent and whole team at Royton. We could not recommend you highly enough.

This the third time in the last 4-5 years that we have used Ryder & Dutton, which is a recommendation in itself. All the staff in Heywood have been pleasant, friendly and helpful. Also, they are proactive when it comes to arranging viewings and following up with potential buyers. R&D, for me, are the go-to estate agents in Heywood. Their long experience and knowledge of the housing market in Heywood allows them to value properties correctly. Their advice is always instructive. Absolutely no complaints.

I've bought and sold a few houses and never really truly appreciated what an estate agent does. Why? because they all went smoothly. This time, it did not go smoothly and my eyes have been opened.
Fiona Joyce has been absolutely superb in managing a continually evolving and complex situation for me and my wife. I feel like I've not only been kept well informed, but have been well advised on what to do, when, and more importantly, when to do nothing.

The valuation was more accurate than others and had a good understanding and knowledge of local sales and area.
Felt communication, advice and securing viewings could have been better once property had been on the market for six weeks. Time until agents were available for viewings once almost two weeks, so be sure to offer that you will do viewings if you are able to speed up getting people in
Better communication and speed since the offer of sale.

Nothing but impressive.
I had several options of estate agent to use when selling my property in May 26. An initial visit from Ryder and Dutton ( and others) left me with a clear choice of who i wanted to handle the sale. The initial visit by the branch Manager ( Matthew Clayton) was professional and filled me with confidence , equally recognising the realistic potential i could sell the property at.
Further visits for viewing and photographs were all coordinated efficiently by Mitchell Cust , leaving me feeling i was in good hands.
The proof was also in the pudding, as an offer was received the day after a bulk viewing was arranged. I would 110% recommend Ryder and Dutton if you want to sell your house quickly and with the assurances you have a great team handling the sale of your property . Thank you Matthew , Mitchell and the team for an outstanding service, also for selling my property within hours of the viewing.
