We would like to say a huge thank you to Charlotte Atherton for all her help throughout our house purchase. She was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful from start to finish, always keeping us updated and making the whole process feel much easier.<br>In particular, Charlotte was fantastic at liaising with both parties’ solicitors towards the end of the purchase. Recently sold my home with these guys and honestly couldn't have been happier with the service given to me by Kia McGrath. She stayed in constant contact and was always on hand to help with any questions I had, and she went the extra mile to make sure moving day went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>R&D may not be the cheapest around but I'd happily use them again knowing the level of service they provide.

The valuation was more accurate than others and had a good understanding and knowledge of local sales and area.
Felt communication, advice and securing viewings could have been better once property had been on the market for six weeks. Time until agents were available for viewings once almost two weeks, so be sure to offer that you will do viewings if you are able to speed up getting people in
Better communication and speed since the offer of sale.

Geraldine Marsden and the team at Ryder and Dutton were amazing throughout the sales process for my property. The photos Matthew Clayton took were outstanding and the writeup really helped to generate interest.
