Ryder & Dutton , particularly Jessica have been brilliant with my sale. I felt I was kept up to date throughout the sales process even though I live hundreds of miles away from the property being sold.
My dealings with Jessica have been really positive, the sale turned out to be slightly tricky but Jessica stuck at it and got the sale over the line. Great company.

I can’t thank Jessica Williamson at the Oldham branch enough for all her support through this journey, it has been stressful however she made it so much smoother. She was quick with her responses and explained everything thoroughly as much as she could. Thank you Jess for everything! The rest of the team are just as helpful and friendly as we viewed quite a few properties before finding the right one for us!

From deciding to sell with Ryder and Dutton and through to the quick sale (subject to contract )of our property we were extremely satisfied.They all communicated well with the various viewings and was able to give us feedback on them.We were so impressed at getting an offer for our house so quickly and that all the staff managed the the various viewings efficiently.

Recently purchased a property with them and the process was very smooth, Ryder and Dutton are great and I recommend them to anyone. Unlike other estate agents they give you their time of day and based on my experience are the best, having spoken to every estate agent in the last 3 years in the hunt for my first home. A huge shout out to James Wild who has been so helpful, professional and responsive. He made this process simple for me and has been outstanding in getting the sale over the line and cant thank him enough for being an integral part of the journey. Thank you once again and will definitely use them again in the future.

Avoid at all costs.
This estate agent are relying on reputation to get away with putting minimum effort into the promotion and sale of properties. When you sign up with them you are constantly pestered with their "partners" trying to sell conveyancing and other services despite the fact that they are not doing anything to try and promote the property.
Topping that off they will trap you in an overly long contract which is nearly double the length of any other local estate agent.
