It has been such a breath of fresh air working with Luke Richardson in the Reading office. He is polite, professional, HELPFUL, and just a pleasure to be in contact with. He did not rush the viewing, allowed us to look around at our own pace and answered all our questions consistently. We like asking the same question twice over a period of a few days to make sure we get the same answer ;). Simple things like making sure there was parking available for us or provided instructions on where we can park just makes the whole experience so much easier for us. He also managed to squeeze us in for a second viewing at very short notice - he had saved my number so he knew it was me calling. He dropped me a quick message to make sure my partner was ok after surgery etc. These may sound like small things, but is a personal touch we loved.
