I had the pleasure of dealing with Ifzal as my mortgage broker. All the process was explained to me in details and all my questions were answered. Kayleigh was both competent and enthusiastic when carrying out viewings. She was very good at communicating with both myself, solicitors and the estate agents of the property I am buying. When I had a issue with Taylors she was able to pick up the pieces and satisfactory resolve the issue.
I have no hesitation in asking for Kayleigh by name to sell my other property.
