I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service we received from Katie Hooper, the Branch Manager at Taylors in Fishponds. Katie is truly a professional who goes above and beyond in every aspect of her role. When other estate agents failed to sell our property after five months, we got Katie in and she achieved a successful sale and completion in just eight weeks and 7 working days.
Katie demonstrated a high level of professionalism that she clearly sets for her entire team, and you can see that in the way they handle calls, deal with issues and turn up to my home looking professional. all the bookings were confirmed, and you can’t guarantee they will all show up, but we had far less no shows with Katie, bookings were confirmed, and they made sure the right people were coming through the door. The team always looked after our interests as much as the buyers, but Katie made sure we always felt looked after and informed, no matter how complicated it got, as it was very complicated.
Even when she wasn’t in the office, she made sure we knew exactly who we could speak to, and there was always someone available to support us. Given the stress and uncertainty this sale brought our family, all was out of Taylors control!! Katie and her team stepped in and worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line.
Katie sets an exceptional standard for estate agents, (we were dealing with 3 of them at the time) and it’s one Taylors should be proud to strive for across all its branches. If you’re looking for an estate agent in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Katie Hooper and her team at Taylors in fishponds. If I ever move again, I’ll absolutely be going straight back to her.
