I could not have asked for a better agent.
Myself and my partner moved from outside of Cardiff, and the situation meant we could not have access to viewings or information properly. We were very lucky to have been given Georgia as our agent. She made the process simple and easy, always willing to help and nothing was too much trouble.

Not a great experience with Taylors. Once I signed my contract with them, the valuator (andy)ghosted me. I had to chase them for viewers feedback and their marketing strategy was poor.
The ladies in the office Megan and tulisa were lovely and toward the end of my contract they really tried their best to help sell my property and get viewers through my door

Ankit has saved our whole chain with his calm, professional and dedicated approach through what has been a very testing process (not in any way due to Taylors). We have been kept up to date and had all of our calls returned even though we are the buyer not Ankit's client. We have been able to rely on him for advice and updates at every stage, we cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend!

The service received from Caroline and James was outstanding from start to finish. James gave in depth feedback after each viewing and was very proactive keeping us updated at all times with how our sale was going, in fact each team member we spoke to was responsive, professional and very helpful, I would definitely recommend Taylors to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Macey came out to our property in February to give us a valuation. We were unsure whether we wanted to renew our mortgage in August or sell. Macey was absolutely incredible. So kind and attentive, she made us really proud of the home we had created and the work we had done to it. She did her research before coming to see us, looking at old photo’s of the property and houses that were sold in the area similar to ours. She had a pack prepared and went through it all in detail. No question we had was too much trouble. Honestly, she was just incredible. After the visit we were not bombarded with phone calls or emails which was so refreshing. It’s nice to find an estate agents that aren’t just after your money constantly and see you as human beings. When we decide to sell our home in the future we will 100% be back to this team to help us. Thank you.
