Very unhappy with service offered<br>After 45 viewings and 5 offers (none of which I was told were financially viable) I then open a complaint with HR to be told by branch I had declined two of these offers I am following through with financial ombudsman - please make sure when dealing with this branch you keep all dealings with them in writing

First rate customer service from Vanessa and Hadley. Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

i have had a few problems with taylors. from the start it took weeks to get on the market. also other problems too

At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed.
We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen.
We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences.
Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily.
To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it.
Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.
