First rate customer service from Vanessa and Hadley. Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

Ankit has saved our whole chain with his calm, professional and dedicated approach through what has been a very testing process (not in any way due to Taylors). We have been kept up to date and had all of our calls returned even though we are the buyer not Ankit's client.
