I am extremely disappointed with Taylors. They seem to be waiting for things to happen rather than taking action, and we constantly have to chase them to do their job. If I had my buyer's solicitor's contact information, I could handle this myself. This has been a nightmare—the deal is nearly collapsing. I will never use this agency again.

Kayleigh at Taylor’s Dunstable was excellent to deal with during a recent property purchase. The transaction became more complex than expected due to legal issues that arose, which significantly extended the usual completion timeframe.
Throughout the process, Kayleigh’s communication, level of customer service, and dedication to seeing the purchase through were outstanding. She consistently went above and beyond, and it was clear she takes real pride in providing a personal and attentive service.
I would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.

They made sure everything ran smoothly and consistently kept us updated, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel very well managed.

Josh was brilliant throughout the whole process of selling our property. From the first interaction to completion, he was always helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly for us.Selling a house can be stressful, but Josh made it feel much easier by keeping us updated and always being available to answer our questions.
What really stood out was how friendly and honest he was – nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He went above and beyond to help move things along and made sure everyone stayed on track.

Highly recommend Taylors in Bicester. Lincoln in particular was always available to answer questions and gave great advice throughout the process of selling our late mother's house. Made a difficult time as stress free as it could be.

First rate customer service from Vanessa and Hadley. Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.
