I had an extremely positive experience with Winkworth's selling my late mother's large house in Roehampton. Russell, Adam and the whole team gave 110% in a very challenging time for selling. They gave advice without being pushy, did all the viewings, and maintained excellent communication throughout. Very highly recommended.

As first-time buyers, the process of purchasing a property felt quite daunting at times, but Tyler and the team at Winkworth made the experience much smoother from start to finish. Tyler was incredibly patient throughout the process, taking the time to explain things clearly and support us through each stage. Dhruv Rupapara and Zac Summerhayes were the agents who worked on the sale. They were easy and pleasant to work with and had a good understanding of the market. They sold my flat faster than I expected, were transparent and informative all through the process, answering all my questions with patience and good humour. Tom was fantastic - looked after us really well from start to finish. As first time buyers, he was in equal measure knowledgeable but also reassuring and patient. Winkworth were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The buyer and his solicitor messed me around forever at a difficult time for me. Without Winkworth 'on my side', I might well have given up and taken the flat off the market. They always took my calls, always followed up, always got back to me - that made the difference.

James sold Flat 4 for me in record time of 7 weeks. The staff at the Winkworth office are all very professional and work with you to achieve the right sale for the property with the right level of support throughout the process.
They ARE NOT the pushy irritating Estate Agents I experienced when selecting the right one to work with. From start to finish I found the service provided by both James and Daryl first class.

I wasn't overly impressed by the estate agent. While they were upfront about the market and the difficulty in selling, I don't believe they were actively engaged in the marketing of the property. While presence for viewings, I felt that the agent showing lack knowledge of the properly and area with the owners really providing the viewing. When recieving an offer, there was an underlying pressure to accept a bid which was well below our expectations and only through our push back we were able to get a more satisfactory offer. Something I don't think we could have got with the guidance of the estate agent
