Sorry to say that we really feel bad about this agency. We were on rent in a house under this agency. When we moved from here, we asked for our deposit back and the landlord want to take all our deposit plus extra £100 as liability. We are a family and we take care of that house we'll. We said we are ready to pay for the cleaning, but they just trying to take all our deposit(1340+100). We didn't damage or break anything in that house. We don't know what we need to do to get our money back. That landlord is really greedy and the agency is also not ready to help us.

They are very responsive and quick with it.
They've answered all my questions and they were happy to help.
I have deducted one star as was a mistake on their advertising on Rightmove website. They said that remaining lease was 100, when it was 82 years. They have apologised for it.
Everything else was fine.
I can recommend this agency.

Recently sold my property with your move Bedworth and they were brilliant from start to finish. They were extremely efficient and professional. Communication was consistent and we received regular updates. Every member of the team we spoke with were extremely kind and had great knowledge. Massive shoutout specifically to Bash who was constantly on the ball, chasing updates for us and contacting us as soon as they heard something, he made what is normally known as a stressful experience to be smooth sailing for us. Where we can often feel more
inclined to provide feedback on poor experience, I feel compelled to offer praise and testimonial following our really positive experience with Your Move, Estate Agents, Bedworth. From the first initial contact, through to where we are today (a sale agreed on a property) we have felt such a valued customer of Your Move, particularly with team members Charlie and Bash. After viewing a property that was not quite right, both Charlie and Bash really took the time to understand what we were looking for, (we had a rigid wish list)! They worked really hard to understand our brief, and then delivered results against it. They kept in touch, and soon advised us that a property that met our requirements was soon being listed for sale, and said we could be first to view. We viewed it in the afternoon and put an offer in that same day, which was excepted, the property hadn’t even been on the market for 24hrs! What we really appreciated was although we had a tight specification, they didn’t try to work against it, or try to convince us of their own views, and as a result never wasted our time.
Both Charlie and Bash have superb attention to detail, they’re professional, they listen, they’re communicative, transparent and are attentive to their customers needs. We felt genuinely invested in, and this further impacted an already impressive service. In our opinion Charlie and Bash are a real asset to Your Move and we would recommend them both, wholeheartedly.

One star is because I can’t give it no star!! I took a Uber here as we scheduled, and spent 15 pounds. There was no agent and no call. I called the estates and the receptionist checked and told me there would be no agent today. The reason is the agent found a wrong key and left the property before I was there!! This is extremely unprofessional!! I really doubt whether the agent had been there or not!! The didn’t tell me or call me until I call them. This is ridiculous in this freezing cold cold winter afternoon!!! The WORST ever estates in Bedworth! Worth the worst… I have to spend the same money back home!! The worst ever!!

Absolutely appalling service from your move. They have spoken to me with disgust. I was requesting my deposit from a rented property, they stated that I would receive it within 5-10 days. I emailed one women stating my account details, for me to be then told 5 days later she was on annual leave. I’m completely appalled by the service from Bedworth Your Move. It’s now been 30 days since I should have received my deposit back. Absolutely disgusted still haven’t received it.

I have recently had my property in market with Your Move Bedworth and have been really happy with the service. Unfortunately did not sell but that was more to do with Condition of property and current market.
I had updates from every viewing with detailed feedback from both Charlie and Ellis, which was great as it gave me a clear picture on the issues I was facing in the market and how to present my property better. They were all very responsive.
I also had access to Your Move 'seller portal' meaning I could log in and check the viewings due and past viewings, I found this really helpful.
No upfronts fees (unlike some agents) so they really go above and beyond to try and sell because if they don't sell, they don't get paid.
I would recommend Your Move Bedworth if you are thinking of selling your property.

Having my house for rent for two and a half months, I have gone through four references. Each reference process took more than two weeks, and there always seems to be an issue that takes another week to sort out. As a result, viewers and potential tenants either go to other properties or lose interest. Since they switched to the new referencing service, it has been a terrible experience. My bills are piling up, and there is no flexibility to explore other options with this agency. I have presented various solutions, but none of them were considered good enough to act upon. I asked the branch manager to call me, and we had a conversation. However, it has been almost two weeks now without a callback from the branch manager. I had to advise them to refresh the advertisement, as it was neglected, and I was the one who had to bring it to their attention.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and very unhappy with the situation.

Awful experience! If I had the choice of zero I would put zero! Agent does not care about tenants. Agent work with landlords only to steal money from tenants. Deposit protection scheme is ridiculous and they always overcharge you for things you did not do. Ridiculous management and lies in tenants. We were one step before going to the court. Avoid!

Unfortunately one of the worst experiences regarding customer service and communication we’ve ever had to deal with. Moved into a property with loads of issues as the property was listed as 2 bathroom property and 6 months later now into the agreement we still have yet to make use of the 2nd bathroom as it was plumbed in incorrectly and floods the house and garden should be try to use it. Had the gas capped as the boiler was installed incorrectly and there were dangerously high levels of Co2 emissions. Half the electrics in the house are not even wired into the property at all. Garden was left in such a state from previous tenants that it’s been impossible to maintain and get sorted. Various emails sent to have no response and trying to get in touch with the estate agents is like trying to get water from a rock. Unfortunately this experience with this Your Move branch in particular has completely discouraged us from ever using them again.

I've purchased 2 properties that were advertised on YourMove.Honestly, YourMove Coventry is an incredibly responsive estate agent. All the team members there are incredibly friendly and approachable. They provide constant updates between to the Vendor, Buyer and Solicitors. For the purchase of my second property, they issued a Gift Box which I thought was very sweet of them to do. I would like to give a special shoutout to Zoe Powell who dealt with the purchase of both my houses. She was very extremely professional throughout the entire process.

Her knowledge of the local market inspired confidence, but the rapid organisation of all of the necessary paperwork and viewing activities confirmed it. However George who I understand is the regional manager was shocking, in fact by him not returning calls resulting in me losing my buyer. I can not thank the staff at Your Move enough. Especially Georgia she has helped me find a suitable property, Just when i was getting tired of viewing properties Georgia got in touch with me and told me about a house that was going on the market. Knowing about my situation with having children and needed to be in a certain location she kept me in mind. I really liked the house and let her know straight away. She was very understanding and compassionate not only doing her job but by being a genuine person who wanted to help.
Correspondence was by emails and when i needed to ask a question or needed advice she was very prompt with replying and helping me through the steps to start a new tenancy.
We are now in the new property and i really couldn't of done it without her help.
Whilst viewing other properties i met with other staff from Your Move and each Estate Agent was polite, professional and approachable i felt at ease asking questions. I have rented properties long term for a while now and even though we are in a pandemic ive never known the transition to be so smooth.
Looking & viewing houses isn't easy at the best of times so to have support and help from the staff at Your Move really means a great deal.

Our experience with Your Move was a positive amongst the negative aspects of moving house. Charlie was very professional and on the ball throughout the journey, keeping us informed and passing any queries over to Rebecca if Charlie was unavailable, to keep the process moving forward as much as they could. I have recently bought a property through modern day auction and Nisha Parshad has been helping me through the process. I was booked to view 2 properties on the day but for some reason the 2nd property was not booked in her diary. However as soon as I told her about that she quickly rang the office and organised for the other view and quickly picked up the keys for the 2nd viewing as I was doing this during my lunch break.
She has been supporting me during the whole process and this has made the whole process a less challenging

In my opinion, they have terrible service, A certain member of staff is stuck up and believes a phone call is the same as written notice and has made it clear that I need to stick to the tenancy agreement, but them and the landlord don't have to. They are not set up to take over an existing tenancy and so have used a generic tenancy agreement which mostly does not apply due to us having already been living in the property before using Your Move. younger members of staff expect you to call back when they leave a message and then never call back when you call back and have to leave a message. The 1 star is only because of the manager who said we could have a hard copy of the tenancy agreement, unfortunately the younger staff forced us to read and sign electronically, she is also understanding of circumstances. There have been issues regarding when the rent was meant to be paid due to us having no written notice of a rent increase and our original 4 weekly rent being due a few days before the new tenancy commenced, therefore we paid the old rate on the date it was due then Your Move expected us to also pay the new rate for the same rental period despite having no payment methods for them, this was eventually rectified after 2 messages on the portal. All maintenance was reported straight away but Your Move ignored it, a couple of months later when I said I would speak to the council, they may be fine for buying and selling, but avoid them for letting/renting if possible, they also have extortionate fees but we were lucky as being in the property already meant these were waived.

We were attempting to move house, arranging everything necessary, doing all we could do while Your Move basically expected us to jump through hoops to get anywhere. They left it until the last minute to tell us certain information and then when they finally decided that we could move in to our new house, they would not accept reasonable methods of payment and informed us that we would have to pay over twice as much as we expected in order to pick up the keys, saying we had signed something we had not signed. The amount they asked us for included charges we had previously known nothing about including something for which we were under the impression we had already paid.
As we have had to give up our current rented house on the basis that we would be moving a week ago, Your Move have now left a family homeless all because they don't do their job properly.
We thought they were a reputable company but leaving things until the last minute, messing people around, leaving them homeless, causing lost income by having to take time off work to move when they aren't actually going to be able to move anyway, charging more than expected and claiming someone's signature is on something when they haven't signed anything nor been given a copy of something they are meant to have signed are not the actions of a reputable company.
