The worst! AVOID AT ALL COST! They don't manage any of the flats properly during the tenancy, the check out process is also done very unprofessionally. They are unresponsive 99% of the time unless it is something they need. AVOID

I bought a flat with Eva Lowery-Morrissey of Chestersons representing the seller. She was incredibly impressive at understanding issues and trying to find pragmatic solutions that worked for both parties. Simply put the sale wouldn’t have happened at all and with such speed without her involvement on a number of occasions

We had the pleasure working with Conor at Chestertons Fulham during our recent home purchase and we were pleased with the service provided. Conor demonstrated a good understanding of our preferenes and was responsive to our inquiries, which made the process efficient. While there were a few hiccups along the way dealing with sellers who were not easy, Conor handled them professionally and ensured our needs were met to the extent possible. Overall we are grateful for Conor's assistance and would happily recommend him to others in search of a reliable real estate agent.

Chestertons were superb and facilitated a quick and trouble free move. I have to say a huge thank you to Victoria who was everything you could possibly look for in an agent. Constantly in contact, helping to push the transaction through, providing planning drawings for other approved builds in the street (very important for me) and all with a smile and professionalism you’d expect from someone marketing a trophy property in central London. Exceptional!

I was incredibly disappointed = incredibly poor (and at times, it seemed, intentionally misleading) communication.
Also, once the offer was accepted, they did a terrible job of following the process and making sure the buyer was on track, which caused significant delays and me almost losing my onwards sale.
Oftentimes rude as well.

The sale was quite quick and the agent does try to get to your asking price, it’s just how they handle the after selling process is not as professional. They should have an admin person responsible for after sale process if the sales advisor is more keen on securing other sales
