After many months of having 2 successive, potential buyers withdraw from the buying process (1 just before exchange of contracts), I have finally completed a sale on the third attempt. During that time, the staff at Andrew Craig have almost become my adopted family. Without exception, they have been instantly reactive in addressing any un-foreseen issues, whilst also being proactive in anticipating potential issues and moving forward to expedite matters. The staff within the Gosforth branch have felt my pain with me, comforted and advised me and have provided a personal service way beyond just selling property.
If you need a hand to hold throughout the conveyancing process or you simply need a high standard of professionalism, I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew Craig estate agents in Gosforth.

I have recently had a very stressful house move that took longer than expected. Throughout the whole experience Louise was so kind and helpful to me. She wasn’t even my estate agent she was working for the seller, but she always had time for me. She was kind and extremely helpful at all times, and if I ever move again in the future I will be using Louise and Andrew Craig! :)
